Hours posted are 4:00, and I checked in 3:43, walked up to the door 1 min later to be meet at the door and be told no haircuts after 3:45! Mind you it was still not even 3:45 yet! I guess we take our 3 haircuts elsewhere and never go back here again!

If I could give this negative stars I would. The lady messed me so badly I'm getting crapped on in School. I am getting severely bullied. I asked the lady to give me 50% off and she basically made me bald. It was even worse in the back because she could not even line it up straight I had to go back to her. I will never come back to great clips again please everyone go to a regular barber.

Signed in online got here and they decided to lock the doors from 12:15-12:30 so I’d have to sit here for 15 minutes waiting despite being told to come to the store.

Affordable haircut for everyday needs. Staff are friendly but move real quick.
Don't bother using the online check-in to get in line since it's not honored at this location. It's first come first serve for those actually in the store. Best to just pick a day when they're not busy if you don't want to wait.

3 min hair cut 45$… didn’t even clean my face up! What do you want? I said I wanna clean this up. Work at a barbershop done knew what that means i don’t have the I’m gonna spend more money at a barbershop which I should’ve went to… A scam I don’t want massage. Do not go here if you want them to not destroy your hair. My mom was growing out her hair and just wanted to go in for a trim. That didn’t happen and instead the girl took out clippers and took off all her hair in the back and sides. Not only that but it is also uneven. She wanted it longer for a wedding and now that won’t be happening. She’s very upset about it and won’t be returning to any great clip salons.

Ended up walking out. I checked in and got on the waitlist online like recommended. I showed up a few minutes afterwards and the stylist completely skipped over me and said the waitlist doesn’t matter, but it’s first come first serve. That’s fine but why have a waitlist if it doesn’t do anything. I ended up leaving due to having limited time before work which is why I did the waitlist and check in process. I ended up going to haircuttery since they actually stick to their waitlist process. Maybe other locations are could be better but I won’t be going there anymore.

The two ladies working were completely uninterested in cutting mine and my sons hair. The woman who did mine was completely spaced out, she could not communicate properly. She totally cut my sideburns off at the top of my ear, they look ridiculous. They were constantly complaining about their boss, which is the only thing they seemed interested in doing. We will never return to this location.
