Awful. First of all, they never call you to let you know when your car is done. I guess they assume you should know. Almost every time I brought my car in to get fixed, I got it back with something else wrong. Minor things, but still. The last time I brought it in was to get brakes. They had my car for 3 days. When they were putting them on, a piece of plastic fell between the brake pad and the brakes were burning hot. They couldn't figure out was was wrong. In the meantime they killed my battery which I had to pay for too. That being said my keyless entry no longer works, Overall it ended costing me $823.35 $199.50 was for the labor because they can't put brakes on a VW. This review is way overdue, but it needed to be said. I do not recommend unless you wanna pay over $800 for brakes.

What's not to love about great car mechanics that do good work, are honest, and are fairly priced? They have been for in business for decades and are family owned.
