Waited over 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Nobody seemed happy to be there. Only reason why I didn’t give 1 star is because the food was decent. But Wawa will wipe this place off the face of the Earth if the service doesn’t improve

Beware!! Do not get sandwiches made from the Sewell Delsea Dr location. They wipe their gloves off with sanitary wipes then continue to handle making sandwiches with the chemical still on the gloves. It’s worth the extra couple minute drive to go to the Pitman Store where you know everything is great. Also the Sewell store customer service sucks!!!

BEWARE!!!!!!!! I ordered an Italian hoagie from this location at the front counter 6/29/24 at 3:30 PM…. They made the hoagie exactly how I wanted and I haven’t ordered food from heritages in a long time and figured id stop by after work.. I got in my car and opened the sandwich up from the paper they wrapped it in and went to pick it up and take a bite and I see a round black bug squirming under the lettuce where the bologna was. It was so big and noticeable that I almost instantly threw up. Thank god I did NOT eat the sandwich and actually noticed a LIVE bug in my hoagie. This is unacceptable and there is no excuse for why there was a bug the size of my thumb nail in my sandwich. Location seemed somewhat clean but there is no way the bug just magically appeared in my hoagie. Avoid this place at ALL Costs, unless you like to eat unsanitary food with bugs in your food. I had to throw away the entire sandwich. Very disappointed and will never return to this location or any other heritage

This small local business is a gem. The people that work there are always always kind and polite. The sandwiches are fair priced and excellent. This is a wonderful alternative to that commercial behemoth serving up pre-made sandwiches.

Whoever is taking orders over the phone needs to learn some customer service skills. She hung up on me the firsttime I called. When I called back she acted like I was interrupting her break. When I arrived to pick up my food the customer in front of me was voicing similar complaints.

Terrible service while visiting from texas in june stopped over to grab a quick bite while riding thru to a bike show in morris town received a cold pork roll with out requested bacon when called to ask why it wss cold was placed on hold indefinitely avoid this place

Was heading down from Butler to Woodstown. Got lost and found this store. Went inside and got cinnamon bites out of the hot box. When I got in the car, I opened them up and they were cold.

Worst customer service ever. Simply wanted Bologna sliced thick. Asked 6 times for the person to slice it thicker. She ignored me and ended up handing me a mess that I couldn't even pull apart to make sandwiches.
