Was greeted at my vehicle quickly, had kids with me and they were very comfortable in the waiting room enjoying hot chocolate and snacks, received a video of the work quickly and was wrapped up in an exceptionally quick time. My windows are tinted and my service advisor handed me my oil change sticker stating they did not want to damage the tint by putting it on. This small attention to detail was the first I encountered anywhere and I was very impressed. Excellent appointment.

The staff who greet you and take your initial paperwork are always very helpful and courteous upon greeting you. The area I see is always very clean and the car is returned in a clean condition. I would highly recommend the service department.

I tried reaching out to the warranty guy beginning in February. I had my text messages, February, March, and April. My daughter made phone calls I made phone calls with no return calls. I finally got through to somebody who went to a manager and they went to the warranty person, and I finally received a phone call back Little did I know my nightmare was about to begin. We were told that we had to bring the car in for a used car inspection. We were never told there was a $360 charge for the used car inspection. they said well there’s a $360 charge And then you have to sign up for the warranty for $164 a month nobody told us anything. So we left they didn’t wanna give us our car because we weren’t going to pay the 360 I said take me to court at that point because this was just so ridiculous .We also found out that the warranty was 404 miles over. Had they responded when we tried she would’ve still had a warranty. They agreed to honor the warranty. She had to wait several days and I said so now if something happens to her car she has no warranty because you have no loaner car to give her which is part of her warranty and that’s why we bought the platinum warranty, so they agreed to work with us. If something else for that happen or so they said I couldn’t believe that because so far anything they said did not happen so she takes the car and she gets a loaner car. During the used car inspection. They told her she needed a battery. They told her there was an oil leak and they told her she needed a new back bumper Now after speaking to everyone, the battery wasn’t so bad and the bumper could wait. They were concerned about the oil leak if they were going to honor the warranty why wouldn’t they honor it completely not just the oil leak she paid $250 to honor the deductible so everything that was found in the used car inspection should’ve been covered on bumper-to-bumper warranty and then we were told the car would not be ready until Friday. I received a phone call Wednesday and a text stating theCar will be ready Friday. And then I received another call stating that they finished it early and she need to pick it up within 24 hours or they would start to charge her for the loaner car and daughter works hours 8 AM to 7 PM and goes to school full-time for her masters program, we were already there twice we were doing everything that we were asked to do was nothing being explained we were told oh when you signed the paperwork that’s what you were signing. Nobody told us anything about what she was signing nor did we receive a copy of any paperwork that was signed , so she takes the car back gets her car now they want a debit card on file to do auto withdrawal of my bank account to pay for the warranty again nobody ever told us this. Why can’t you be billed like anything else and this is just been a total nightmare a lot of time on the phone a lot of texting and a lot of trips to the dealership .

LeeAnn was amazing from start to finish. Worked with me from the first time I came in 1 year ago until we ordered my Bronco in August. While waiting for the delivery she was available for questions and answered quickly. Upon delivery, purchase was smooth and she was super knowledgeable.

Our salesman, George Parker, is the most experienced, friendly car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have to say this was (by far) my best car shopping experience. George made great efforts to make my wife and I feel welcome and comfortable at your showroom. Although it took almost a full year, along with contacting Ford directly, I eventually was able to get the faulty backup camera replaced for my son's vehicle. The time, "supply chain" issues, etc. were extremely aggravating, but the service department at Holman were great as always with getting it changed out and correcting a recall as well. I appreciate Alex and all for their help and patience!

It took a year to get my Maverick, and Leeann did a great job keeping me informed of the status. Once it came in, she took the time and had the patience with me to make me comfortable with all of the new technology (considering I’ve been driving a 99 Ranger for the last 24+ years). Great job!

I ordered my F150, the experience was fun and exciting. I also enjoyed the updates from Ford Motor Corp keeping me in the loop every step of the building process. My family is a Ford family, my wife and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Holman Ford of Turnersville. My pride and joy is my 87 Mustang GT with T- Top that I purchased new as a young man with only 35,000 orginal miles on it today! My wife will be purchasing her new Ford in the spring.

Rude to my wife. First off they charged $99.00 to replace a fob battery second my wife took the car to Holman Ford because Ford has a technical problem with the antifreeze leaking into cylinder 4 this is on Ford's site. They told my wife something completely different. Then they were very condescending to her. My wife knows more about cars than those mechanics even thought of knowing. She is a motor head. We will see what Ford corp will do if nothing then I guess LAWYER TIME. I wish I went with her that mechanic would of had a wrench up his asterisk.

Alex was very personable and easy to deal with. He is took his time to answer our questions and to show us all the techie stuff. He was even nice enough to take our call after we got home and couldn’t get the Apple Play to work (it was the cord, not us). We will absolutely share our experience with anyone looking to buy a Ford.

My sales rep was Alex and he was absolutely amazing ?. It was my first time purchasing an electric car and he walked me through everything. He was very knowledgeable and so friendly. Colleen M. did a great job of welcoming me and explaining what needed to be serviced on my 2018 F-150.I enjoy the waiting area and desk study area,too.I like the tech. video and text messaging. I came in initially for an issue that was recall-related. While waiting for the part, another issue cropped up that was resolved with a tuneup. Through the how process, Rob (Barbarino) was communicative and so helpful.I trust him (and Holman Ford Turnersville) to sort out my car issues.

Told the service writer I had an aid with my wife.That i had to be back home by 1200pm he assured me I would be home by then. True to his word I was home by 1200 Pm.Thank you Holman! Good Job every thing worked out FINE.
