I got an email that my delivery was expected to be delivered on January 17, 2024. I didn’t get a delivery so I checked the status on the Home Depot app and the website. I entered my order information and got no details.On January 20, 2024, I went to the Home Depot store near my house in Washington Twp. Monroe county. The customer service reps and supervisor in the front of the store tried their best to help me but were given the run around by the 3rd party delivery service. So, we went back to the blinds department and received help from the staff and the store manager who told me that she called the shipping company and that my order was at a FedEx.In the meantime, I got a call from Tonya the store manager yesterday January 22, 2024, that she spoke to the vending company, and my blinds are stuck in Mexico in customs. She left me a voicemail and told me to call her and that she would be in the store until 6:00 pm. When I called back one of the store employees lied to me and told me she wasn’t in for the day. I’m thinking to myself her we go again. I told the employee it was not possible because she left me a voice message and told me she would be in until six it’s only 4:00 pm. So, she transferred me three times and no one answered. I was told that I can’t get my money back due to the blinds being in transit. And that I have to wait 72 hours for an update. This is unacceptable I stopped buying things from Lowe’s because of their unprofessionalism. When does it stop us hard-working citizens pay good money for items and we should be compensated when things are jacked up on their behalf?I will be contacting the BBB being that the Home Depot corporate office doesn’t have a contact number or email. I don’t like nor do I appreciate being lied to or given the runaround. I want my money back!!!Regretfully,

Me being a dark skin Latino. The associates working made me feel uncomfortable during the self-checkout process. They make me feel like a thief. It's almost as if they're trained to think that Latinos are thieves, so we need extra attention. It's just how I feel when I'm there. I'm not saying they are trained in that way, but its real noticeable what they are doing. I dunno. Is it only me?

This store is the best in the region.The employees are knowledgeable and caring. They really want to help you find what you need so you don't need to run around looking elsewhere.The shelves are always well organized way beyond any other home depot I've been to.The supervisor, Paul, I never see him doing anything but working and helping and always puts the customer first.I live almost an hour away but THIS is the home depot I travel to because of Paul and all of his help and knowledge.Paul is an exceptional employee and person in general. He runs his departments smoothly and graciously.10/10

The store has a huge selection of home improvement tools and interior/exterior paints (btw, Behr one coat is the absolute best out there! Don't even waste your time buying cheaper brands!). My biggest complaint, as a woman, is hunting down DePot employees to ask questions or to make sure I'm picking up the right items for the intended job.

The layout of the store is good. It is clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. I almost always find exactly what I'm looking for.

Went in on Thursday Night with a vendor delayed delivery issue. Went to customer service was so upset since we had contractors starting our flooring. The manager Jason immediately offered resolution and got us a different tile we guaranteed delivery for today (Saturday) and waived delivery costs. Workers Dina & Heather also made the transaction super easy and were extremely helpful in making me feel valued as a customer! Love this location.
