Never do your taxes here , I am missing two check 5 months later no answer!!

Not to pleased with whoever works at the front desk.. we walked in and gave my name and with An attitude goes we tried calling and no one picked up to tell you that the tax person was running late.. funny because I did answer the phone and said hi about five times and no one wanted to talk on the other end. I don’t appreciate the attitude and asked if we wanted to wait the 30 minutes again with an attitude after that there was no way I was staying. I will not be going back here I’d rather drive the hour back to my hometown to get my taxes done at that H&R Block.

Went today after making a quick online appointment. It was a little packed, but I didn't have to wait long. I met with Kisha
Linton and it was an amazing experience. She was so honest, helpful and straight forward. She went above and beyond in everyway to help me understand the process. Definitely going back next year. Overall experience awesome.

I've been going to this location since 2018 and have always had a great experience. I've never had to wait when making an appointment online and have always been in and out quickly. Linda F has always been the one to help me and has always gotten me a refund. I also don't have health insurance, but she has always found a legitimate way to have me exempt from paying fines. Yes, I could do my taxes myself, but with H&R Block, I don't have to worry if something comes up and the IRS wants to talk to me. I consider myself cheap but feel like it's worth the money to have them prepare my t axes.

I was luckily assigned to Kisha as my tax representative, and was so happy with the experience that she had given. She explained the whole process thoroughly despite my constant questions, without once getting irritated or on edge. My visit was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and overall a pleasurable experience.

My tax advisor Annette Toomey was very helpful in explaining my tax information in layman’s terms. Another fantastic tax experience. I would follow Annette wherever she goes to help me with my taxes. Great customer service with Ms. Toomey for sure! ?
