“I tried calling the Verizon phone line so many times and could not reach a person so I just decided to go to the store in person and thank God I did. Elias was so helpful and answered all my questions. I made sure to ask what days he works in case I need to go back.”

“The agent that was assigned to me was very professional. He told me she worked for infinity for two months. I told her I needed all the help I can get because I’m not good with technology. I was not happy with AT&T DIRECTV and Verizon. He helped me save a few dollars totally satisfied with this company. Looking forward to more business and recommending your company to others waiting to get it installed.”

“I was just a walkin. There were a lot of other customers trying to get things done. I was just returning a modem. Had to wait a few minutes, about ten, till an employee checked me in. When he realized I was just returning a modem I got the option to just let him take care of it without me. Very glad I didn't have to wait for just returning an item.”
