I am very disappointed with the service I received during my last visit. The tech was so nice, but my nails had already begun to fall off the first night. I had to go somewhere else because they were too busy to see me. They wanted me to go back almost 4 days after. That was another $70. I will never go back.Service: Acrylic nails

I got my nails done here back in October of this year by Kiki she is amazing and talented I got Halloween themed nails she took her time with me and did all the designs without any stencil ! Book with her she very welcoming and kind

Got nails done not even a week ago and the gel polish is already all coming off. I called and went in to get them fixed she told me she doesn't have time. Then as I was still standing there trying to see if she will fix them she walked away and went to do someone else's nails. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Will never go back there and will never recommend going there.Service: Acrylic nails

Way over priced. Showed a picture of what I wanted.. couldn't do it. Made them to long, to pointy and I wanted a French and she said I couldn't cause my nail bed is too short. I've had it done many times before. Don't go here they do not do what you want.

Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience here. I know some co-workers and acquaintances who have been here and have had wonderful experiences maybe I went on an off day. I do think their prices are very high for the quality I left with. I recently moved here and I've been trying out different nail salons in the area to see which one I want to start going to regularly. This one will not be it. Although the staff was very nice and friendly, And the ambiance is exactly what I wanted, nice and calm no loud TVs anywhere, I almost left halfway through my pedicure because it looked like I did it at home. The staff was nice enough to try and fix my situation and I really appreciated that. However I still left with a subpar pedicure and a gel manicure that chipped after two days. For comparison I got a manicure at another nail salon down the street a few months ago and it lasted 4 weeks while I was gardening and cooking and doing God knows what else with my hands and not a single chip. I just don't feel like I got my money's worth. Hopefully this was an isolated incident
