I'm a regular at the Labcorp on 100 Kingsway East in Sewell, NJ 08080. I have been in the medical field for 15 years, so I know how hard, demanding and mentally draining the medical field can be. However I must say----the women at this Labcorp location, specifically, Melissa and Tonia are EXCELLENT and deserve praise and positive feedback!!! Melissa and Tonia are ALWAYS prompt, courteous, professional, and they always get me the first stick. Monday, July 10th, I also had the pleasure of meeting Vivian, who also seemed delightful. :-) Please thank these women, let them know that they are appreciated and valued!! I will continue to go to this Labcorp. I hope they get a promotion or a party acknowledging how great they are <3. I'm writing the higher ups from Labcorp regarding them as well ;-) <----- was my last review. New review for date of service 5/14/25 I had Claudia who checked me in (she is a delightful breath of fresh air, <3 her!! Very positive young lady. She was prompt yet personaable, respectful, caring, understanding and with a good outlook on life ;-) I had Vivian as my lab tech, who I also love. This is why I've been going to this location regularly for years. While I do miss Melissa and Tonia, at least they have Claudia at the front and Vivian!!

This LabCorp it's the worst from the worst.
Over 1hr20mins and nothing than rude treatment and zero communication. Are they the ones doing me a favor? Or I'm the one paying them for this!!!

This location was over an hour wait for walk-in's and only called appointments every 15 minutes as booked. In the over 1:10 that I waited there, only 1 person that was a walk-in was taken. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude to many of us waiting, and to me as well. When I called her out about it when I hadn't given any attitude, she quickly got even worse. I left before my appointment time due to her attitude. She then, out of pettiness, decided to text me that my appointment was ready over 21 times within the first minute, 16 times the next, 11 4 minutes later and another 7 before I blocked the number. If someone from corporate wants to see proof, I'd be happy to send the screenshots with the time stamps.
I want to mention that I work in healthcare in a field where we get ZERO recognition and often get treated the worst from our patients who assume that their emergent toe pain at 3am warranted a 911 call and transport to us. That being said, I've worked with people from all walks of life, both on my side and the patient's side and I have to say I see why plenty of people already have a predisposition that people in healthcare are rude. The staff at this location and the Fries Mill Rd location are the literal bottom barrel of customer service in their fields.
This location doesn't have enough parking, seats inside nor care to take on the patient load they bring in.
LabCorp needs to gut the staff, retrain the educators/preceptors, and maybe things might change.

I want to preface this, I RARELY leave reviews, let alone one stars. I understand medical offices are extremely busy.
I came in for a urine drug screen and had a 30 minute wait with walk-in, although anyone that came after me was to be booked several days after (book your appointment ahead of time). My real problem came with Tertia, who was at the front desk and who ended up doing my screening. She was very rude to me and every other patient, including elderly and another patient who was in a hypertensive emergency. When it came to my screening, I was given one minute in the bathroom, hearing her sigh and scoff in the room with the door open to the very loud hallway, before being ushered out by her for failing to provide a sample. I was told I couldn’t leave the building until I retried providing my sample in an hour (understandable). It then took an hour forty instead of an hour before they let me in again, at which point I felt as though my bladder would explode. In the meantime, I watched Tertia be rude to countless other people. I know her job is stressful and some patients aren’t understanding, but most ARE and she puts in no effort to be nice or reasonable to anyone in the waiting room. My whole experience took 3 hours. I will never be returning and don’t advice you visit this location

I had a very pleasant blood work done here this past Monday. Receptionist and lab tech were very kind and patient. Lab tech was AMAZING! I usually get poked several times before someone finds my veins but she did at the first try. Very qualified! Would def recommend going here :)

I just wanted to preface, I have never had an issue with any other location. I had to come to this location twice to pick up the supplies for and drop off a specimen sample. Terrible customer service! The same lady at front desk was miserable and rude to me each time. When I picked up the supplies, she wouldn’t give directions on use and rushed me out of the office. The second time she ignored me at the window and when I said “excuse me” she raised her voice at me and told me she was busy. She was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. (I have read some other reviews prior to posting mine just to make sure it wasn’t all in my head, but it appears many people have had the same experience with the woman at the front desk - LapCorp should really address this issue).
The drop off process for my sample was ridiculous. You have to check in and wait with the rest of the patients who have appointments (as be per the woman working the front desk). She wouldn’t allow me to just drop off my sample and made me late for my doctor’s appointment I would have been on time for.

The staff was very friendly. The beautiful girl that took my blood was very professional and I did not even feel the needle go in. Hopefully the Dr sends me back for more blood work.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Lady at front desk was rude.I get that we all have bad days but to be rude to everyone in there is uncalled for. I’m not one to write reviews but the experience I had I will never go back nor would I want to. I’ll go to quest from now on.

My lab tech was polite, professional and skilled. The location is clean. Results were quick. The only reason I didn't give 4 stars is because I dislike using the kiosk to check in. It's fairly easy, but when you need to update insurance info, it's annoying to tap in the numbers on the screen. Easier with a keyboard. However, the techs are available for assistance.

Claudia is fantastic, energetic and funny and did a great job distracting my daughter while taking her blood. Thank you sweet Lady!!!
