Today I went file my taxes at the turnersville office in NJ. I have been using liberty taxes for many years, today I met an amazing tax preparer who went above and beyond to assist me with my filing. I felt at ease and comfortable talking with her, we laughed and talked not only about taxes but about life. When everything was done I was very happy with the refund I was going to have returned it was more than I expected. Thank you Leah for all your help and taking the time to listen to my story I will come to see you next year. Only reason that they get 1 star is because I can't give zero.They did my taxes this year for the first and last time.Owed money this year ( usually get a refund). Then I get a letter from the IRS that I owe way more because of error made by Liberty.Tried going back to the office, but no one is ever there..Also surprised that their fee was double what my accountant charges.
