The staff member who helped us (Nicholas) was very knowledgeable and walked us thru all the technical differences between all the different models we were interested in. We walked in with no idea what were were trying to get and he navigated us thru the whole process very effectively. And was a pleasure to work with, so we appreciate all his help and look forward to getting our new mattress and base!

My husband and I needed a new mattress and mattress firm was local so we stopped in. Nick was great and very knowledgeable! He was patient, understood our needs, and gave recommendations without being pushy. He gave us recommendations for two different types of sleepers, as me and my husband are. Also mattress firm delivers 7 days a week! We were expecting one of those annoying delivery schedules that doesn’t accommodate working people. Although we haven’t gotten our mattress yet, it will be here in a few days, we had a great experience during the buying process. We even explained our concerns about limited space to get the bed to the room, which Nick helped us navigate that problem and found a suitable solution. I would recommend mattress firm.
