Your booking site is ridiculous just like your incorrect billing. I clicked on the Washington Township location. It brings up the times. I choose a date and time and, after completing all the information, it then shows it booked at a PA location. This is the third time I've tried. I've been coming for two years so it's not like I don't know how to use these sites.
As always, it's impossible to book or reschedule if I don't do it while at the location. You continually change how your sites are set up. I can't check in online anymore because you require me to leave a credit card on file. I refuse to do that because you charge all different fees even though I only get a weekly B12 shot for my autoimmune disease. The service provided never changes yet the costs you apply quite often vary. Then you incorrectly bill my credit card and I have to jump through hoops to get it corrected. Last time I had to stop payment through my credit card company because you kept charging me for something that is fully covered by my insurance. I only go to you because I'd have to otherwise drive into the City weekly for my shot. You have been nothing but trouble from the beginning -- whether it be changing your online login or your incorrect billing to your double booking appointments and on and on. The only thing that you get right is your staff who administer the shots. They are wonderful and competent. Your business staff are not. To those reading this, if you have other options available, I would not choose Minute Clinic unless you want a lot of aggravation.

I got a TB test done on a Sunday at 9:50am and had an appointment to get it read on Tuesday at 5:40pm. I drove from work to the Minute Clinic to get it read and it was closed. I didn’t get a notice or anything. I don’t recommend this place at all. If you’re sick or anything just go to urgent care! Another nurse from a different Minute Clinic was very nice and was extremely apologetic though.

Don't ever go here if you been into a car accident and just want a basic checkup to see for a concussion and whiplash. They had my husband and I sitting for alittle over an hour and the practitioner decided to tell us that scheduled patients came first and she wouldn't see my husband. Then why advertise you take walk-ins if you're gonna to turn people away.

This place is an absolute JOKE! My boyfriend made an appointment here for 5:40 today after dealing with severe ear pain, orange pus like ear wax coming out of only one ear, sinus pressure, runny nose, headache, and a few other symptoms for about two weeks now. I’m positive he either has a sinus infection or ear infection if not both. He does not go to the doctor unless he absolutely has to. He finally caved and made the decision to try and come here. He got here early and the lady called him back and IMMEDIATELY was very condescending and rude to him. She berated him asking him why he even needed to be here, if he’s sure he’s even sick, that she won’t be prescribing any medicine unless she wanted to, and kept REPEATEDLY asking him he was sure he needed to be here. VERY unprofessional and honestly should be let go from her job. We walked out and will be going somewhere else. After my boyfriend walked out I wanted to walk back in and demand to speak to her boss or get a corporate number but I was so livid that my boyfriend did not let me. This behavior is disgusting and whoever this practioner was needs to be fired. Do NOT go to this minute clinic if you are feeling ill.
