This place is an absolute JOKE! My boyfriend made an appointment here for 5:40 today after dealing with severe ear pain, orange pus like ear wax coming out of only one ear, sinus pressure, runny nose, headache, and a few other symptoms for about two weeks now. I’m positive he either has a sinus infection or ear infection if not both. He does not go to the doctor unless he absolutely has to. He finally caved and made the decision to try and come here. He got here early and the lady called him back and IMMEDIATELY was very condescending and rude to him. She berated him asking him why he even needed to be here, if he’s sure he’s even sick, that she won’t be prescribing any medicine unless she wanted to, and kept REPEATEDLY asking him he was sure he needed to be here. VERY unprofessional and honestly should be let go from her job. We walked out and will be going somewhere else. After my boyfriend walked out I wanted to walk back in and demand to speak to her boss or get a corporate number but I was so livid that my boyfriend did not let me. This behavior is disgusting and whoever this practioner was needs to be fired. Do NOT go to this minute clinic if you are feeling ill.

They we're very kind and helpful. I was in between Primary care physicians and could not get an appointment with my new Doctor right away. They were able to assist me efficiently and effectively. They even had Doctor referrals available to me. They were extremely professional. When I left I was much better off than when I walked in. I was very satisfied with my visit I highly recommend them.

Made two appointments for flu shots this afternoon and were told when we got there that they were out of the vaccine. Not the pharmacists fault, but I got a text message 20 mins before reminding me to be on time and I had my 84 year old grandma scheduled and with me. Big inconvenience.

They could be more helpful when asked a question about signing in for an appt. luckily another customer was able to help me out and in turn I was able to help the next customer.Being snappy and rude isn’t necessary however I was treated nicely once I was seen,I think she realized how rude she had been!

Don't waste your time or money. I went for an ear ache and ear wax. The person wound up hurting my right ear and used cold water to try to remove the ear wax. I was told sorry, the hot water is not working - you can try buying the ear wax remover and trying it at home. Really. Never again will I go to this so called Urgent care.

DO NOT GO. Waste of your time and money. I was not feeling well with a sore throat and I went to this clinic. All the physician "Flo" did was take my temp. Which I was running a low fever and then looked in my ears and throat. Told me I was fine and didn't even proceed with a strep test. I was absolutely not feeling fine and the next day went to a different doctor and was tested positive for strep. If you want to waste money for something you could have taken care of on your own go right ahead but seriously the worst experience I have ever had.

Went in to be treated for sinus infection was informed that she didn't want to see me because I could have Covid. I had no temperature, I do have a cough and head and face pressure. She seemed anxious and nerved up. Seriously!

Don't go here - they are billing as an office visit and it is getting rejected by insurance because they are not billing as an urgent care.

The minute clinic nurse practitioner was unhelpful, rude, condescending, and cut me off mid-sentence explaining my symptoms. She shuffled me out the door and barely made eye contact during the visit. Awful experience

Biggest joke in heath care. I will never recommend Minute Clinics to anyone. Went to CVS three different times for this scheduled appointment. I went to the store and it said 95 minutes still. I came back 60 minutes later to be told I missed my appointment. I signed up to receive notification 30 minutes before my appointment which I never received.

Biggest improvements in health care! Same old problems over and over, best place to come to get pills to get rid of the flu, best place to come get pills to stop poison oak, quick and easy way without having to see a regular doctors office for much more money.
