I will never go back there again I went in for a wheel alignment and they recommend me to get rotate my tires so my sensors got thrown off and when I went back to tell them about it, they wanted to charge me to fix it which I did not understand. Why should I have to pay for something they caused so that will be the reason why I will never go back again. Now I have to go somewhere else to get something fixed that they cost.

I showed up without an appointment at 430pm because I had a flat. They had me in and out in about an hour. Not the first time that they’ve done this for me.

I walked in for an oil change, and Ian was sitting there and talking without even looking at me. Zero eye contact or friendly energy. Seems like he was hoping I would just leave.He said I could drop my car off for 5 hours for a 15 minute Oil change and get it back by 6 PM. It is only 1 PM. And there are 0 cars in any of the bays and 0 cars in the parking lot. He said he has appointments, but not one of them are here. Why not make a quick$60 for the business. I sat outside for 15 minutes. No one even showed up ,who knows when someone came in. Why not just take a 15-minute oil change job? Really quick! Not very good business. He seemed like he did not even want to work.By not giving me eye contact and an attitude. I've been going here for years. This is the first time i've seen this guy. Never again, will I go back. Reading other reviews I can see they need new management or definitely some type of serious change. Doesn't sound like ownership mentality to me. I would be trying to make the most. Money for the business.

A few weeks ago, I went for my first visit to get my brakes fixed. I dropped off the car and went to Starbucks. I had no issues with the staff, although the manager seemed, for lack of a better word, depressed. After a bit of driving the car, I realized the brakes worked fine, but my car was driving with a shimmy from them moving my tires but not rebalancing them when they put them back on. And then the sound started when I went up to 80 miles per hour. I brought it back this last Saturday, and they said I needed a wheel barring. Again, I dropped off my car, thought it was depressing, and went to Starbucks. I returned and paid for the service, and within 20 minutes of driving, I realized I had the same issue. I came back, and this time, I stayed at the shop. The behavior I saw from the mechanic was appalling; all he did was bang car doors, bang my hood down, and yell at his boss, Ian. It was like Ian was an abused spouse, and everyone in the shop was tolerating a volatile, angry man. Whenever he started yelling, I thought he would either walk off or hit someone; he was unwell. It was so bad one customer requested a discount and yelled at the mechanic for him to hear how unacceptable his behavior was. At one point in time, as I saw them messing with my hood that would not close, I listened to the mechanic screaming and throwing tools, saying it was an accident. I'm afraid to open my hood because it took three mechanics messing with it to close after he took the car for a test drive. Although they refunded me my money because they didn't fix the issue I brought the car in for, the trauma of all the constant yelling and not once coming back and speaking to me to give me an update until they came in a few hours later and said they couldn't fix it was horrendous. They only hid in the back office unless the mechanic was back from 4 test drives, and he was back; it was just yelling and bullying toward Ian. Get better employees or send the ones you have for some mental health help because it's toxic for the employees and customers if you can hear the yelling in the waiting room from the third bay.

The worst service they fixed something on my car that didn't need to be fixed spent 600$ on a job that had nothing to do with the problem took it to Matt black Kia and it was done correctly, the manager cursed me out because i was upset about my car not being fixed . They had my car for 2 days had to go out my way to grab a part for my car so it could be fixed and after it was done i pull out the parking lot and my car was still making the noise . Never again . This is the eht shop
