I'm not one to leave reviews unless it's necessary and this facility is rude. I went here with my niece. She showed them a picture of what she wanted. The modern claw type nails that all the young girls are getting. After seeing the picture he sat her in his seat. He complained about the way and shape and how small her nail beds were. She felt uncomfortable. She watched them glue on all the nails and she realized they were the old fashioned long curved nails. She expressed she did not like them. He huffed and puffed so she got up from the seat and walked to me. We then asked can they remove them? The wife then came to us with an attitude complaining because the shape of her nails they cannot do that design. Mind you we went to another spot right after them and they were able to do exactly what she wanted. The lady told us they would have to charge us for him to remove them. All he did was glue them. All he had to do was pop them off. She said he wasted 15 minutes gluing them on her hand so we have to pay them. I then told them ,but didn't she show you guys the picture? If you knew you couldn't do it. Why did you sit here in your seat? We then walked out To the point they are very rude here, attitude and not respectful. If you are looking for modern nails and pedicures this is not the place to go. They are very old fashioned plain one color nail polish, stuck in the 80's .

Absolutely horrible. Would give it a zero if I could. Husband and wife team and they go back and forth between customers instead of completing one at a time. The pedicure is rushed and nothing spectacular. I went there for convenience, but ended up switching to Coco Nails in Mansfield. I can’t say enough about this fine establishment. It’s clean and professional. The owner is amazing as is the staff. Worth the 20 minute drive.

I’m not one to leave a negative review however; this one is a MUST! This business is run by a couple and the wife was the one who did my nails. I just simply wanted to give this business a try since it’s so convenient for me because I can literally walk there. First off, she wouldn’t stop complaining about the fact that my gel polish from my previous nail salon didn’t come off fast enough for her and she kept asking me for the business’ name and since I refused, her demeanor towards me changed completely. We then proceeded to do my toes and I’m used to getting a massage and NOT getting scratched, well not this time she was really rough with my feet and didn’t provide the complimentary massage which at this point I think it’s part of the pedicure process because everywhere I go, they offer it. Then when I was about to pay, she asked me “are you adding the tip to the card or are you paying cash?” I was obviously going to tip her and I did (just to be clear) but asking for tip makes it so wrong automatically creates an uncomfortable situation. I will never go back there. Also, I’m a red polish girlie and they didn’t have a variety of reds so if you’re like me this is NOT the place.

The most obnoxious, rude, and no respect of clients time. There were only 2 people working and 5 clients and they are legit working like they are playing musical chairs. So, instead of having 1 person, both people are working on all 5 clients in short shifts. Spend over 1.5 hours and they still had not even started polish or did the eyebrow wax… Not to mention the lady is sitting here complaining about other VIP clients to her clients.? Never coming back here!

As a potential first time customer, Nails By Diana is the The MOST RUDE and Unprofessional establishment.I called ahead for an appointment, which I made. When I arrived, the place was empty, that should have been the first sign, this wouldn't be a customer friendly experience.I was searching & searching for a general light neutral nail color. While looking, I took note of not only limited selection but also how OLD the quality of polish was, separated, thick & oily.I settled on a few options that could potentially work but I wanted to nail test before I sat in the chair and had my nails done to find out, it wasn't the right color after all.The gentleman was VERY rude and said"You can't try them out" Then the woman said,"you have to sit over here, in this chair to try please"I happily complied. After applying 2-3 colors, it was evident, these colors were not the color I needed and more importanly they weren't applying smooth the way a quality polish should.I kindly asked if there were any other light colors to consider to which the gentleman, yet again, was nasty and rude and said "I don't want you testing these out, why do you come here? You should leave"So I did!He knew his products were not quality, which is probably why he didn't want me trying.A business like this doesn't deserve customers and their hard earned money to be spoke to so disrespectfully. This is not a business to try, don't bother! I'll do my nails myself!

Horrible customer service and horrendous service. I went there to get my acrylic nails off because I had them on for about a month and they were getting too long. It was an emergency to get them off since I had work at 11. I got there at 9:50 since I knew they opened at 10. There was another woman outside also waiting for them to open. They didn’t get there and open until about 10:20. I walked in, they seemed very rushed, I guess since they opened late and there were two people waiting to get in. As we were walking in, the wife asked what we needed done. I said “I need my acrylics off” the other lady needed a pedicure. The wife told me to sit at table 1. As soon as I sat down she asked me to move to table 3, so that I was closer. She went into the back. The husband helped the other woman get set up for her pedicure, then came over to my table to do my nails. Another woman walked in and he proceeded to get up and go help her with her nails. The wife came from the back and sat down to do my nails. She grabbed a cuticle cutter to cut my acrylics in half. Then grabbed A NEW ACRYLIC NAIL TO PULL MY ACRYLICS OFF MY NAILS!! No soak, no nothing. Ripping my acrylic nails off and I was almost in tears because it hurt so bad. The whole time she was ripping my nails off she was talking to me with an attitude. Saying things like “I’m doing you a favor” “You should be going to get your nails taken off where you got them done” “You should have come in later, it would have been easier for me” “You’re taking away time from people who made an appointment”. Also before starting my nails she mentioned that it would be $25 FOR A NAIL REMOVAL. I only had $20 on me thinking that was enough. So I called my grandma asking if she could come pay since I didn’t have enough. She came in and went to pay with card. The wife said “What about tip? Is it going to be cash?” My grandmother said “yes cash” and walked out. She came back to the table and proceeded to say to me “You need to tip cash because she didn’t tip me” Now normally a tip is optional if you think they had exceptional service. But she forced me to tip. I cant believe I gave them a total of $30 to rip my nails off, cut my real nails WITH THE CUTTER YOU USE FOR ACRYLICS, clean them up by filing and buffing, getting a hot towel rubbed on my hands and some cuticle oil. Not to mention she left my real nails uneven, broken and rough. Ridiculous. Will never go back and they shouldn’t even be in business. If I could give a 0 star review I would!

The lady that runs this place with her husband is extremely rude and needs some customer service classes. I don’t recommend this place. Run for the hills.

I’m giving 3 stars because they were kind enough to take a new customer right away & nails looked decent, however. My regular I had to cancel next day appt. with due to my schedule. This salon is a husband / wife team that do NOT own it only run it.The woman Tracy or Gracie not sure, was very abrupt & rude. She realized my nails were done somewhere else & kept putting down that business which is very unprofessional & she kept pointing out quite a number of times she is only accommodating to her regular clients. Which means to me there’s no caring or understanding & I’m going to price you higher. I walked out paying with tip $93 & I always tip according to my service & well I think I was generous $12 tip. Very pricy place. One nice thing to say her husband was very nice, 2 different personalities.

This was probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The pedicure tub was not lined with plastic which is unsanitary in itself but then I didn’t see them clean it or wipe it before the next person got their pedicure. The pedicure was short and consisted of me sitting in the water getting my food scrubbed for 1 min a quick sloppy cuticle trim and a quick wipe of lotion on my leg. Then she asked me to move to get my toes painted. Where I had to put my toes on her lap. I have never ever had to stick my foot on someone’s lap to paint my toes and I felt bad doing so. I paid $40 for that gel pedicure. Then she asked me if I had Venmo or zelle to send money. It seemed rushed because their was only two orders. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the lady was nice and we had a good conversation.Service: Pedicure

This place is very basic. They don’t even have plastic in the pedicure tub. Nails are basic and nothing really creative. Also, the worst part was they pressure you to tip. They ask how much is the tip instead of just letting you tip of you feel service was exceptional. They need more workers and better customer service. The man (only one I’ve used) actually does good nails even though it’s basic. Skills should be upgraded.Service: Acrylic nails

This place is very unsanitary and dirty. Not only did my nails come out spotty and uneven, the service here was horrible and horrendous. Nail artists are very rude and disrespectful…. Continuously talking about other clients. no lady refused to stop making choices for me. Tugged on my hand, slammed my hand on the table and the other absurd things. Nails came out, chunky thick, and curved. Blotched my hand with nail polish, didn’t even bother to fix it. And all of this for $82!!! An average acrylic nail set is 45. This is insane..Service: Acrylic nails
