On October 20, 2021, I purchased this vehicle based on several factors, the biggest factor was/is trust.I calculated this level of trust using the knowledge that I gained from research, test drives, pre-purchase inspections and use of technology. I read the articles and government agencies resources on fraud and scams. I researched Google reviews on the dealership. I reviewed the BBB website specific to BMW of Turnersville. When you visit the dealership, you are exposed to a gallery of awards for being the best.In addition to that, I am 48 years old. I have purchased vehicles before, I have been taken advantage of before, on part because of my ignorance at the time. I consider myself to be emotionally intelligent, I learn from my mistakes and I enter new situations well prepared to control future outcomes so they are fair. I also realize that there are things in life that are beyond my control, that’s where trust comes into play.The remaining factors are the CarFax report, the BMW Brand, the Penske name, and the guarantee of the dealership. As far as I am concerned, I fulfilled my responsibilities as a consumer.This vehicle was clearly and factually misrepresented and I am suffering the consequences.I recommend that CarFax considers taking a look at how dealerships are rated. In this instance, BMW of Turnersville is part of a much larger organization, the Turnersville AutoMall (Classic Auto Group Inc.), owned by Penske. Within this “Mall” are several dealership “brands”. If you were to review each individual “brand’s” BBB rating, Google ratings, and CarFax ratings, you will see a clear disparity, “magnificent” to “F”. Notably, the Turnersville AutoMall vs’ BMW of Turnersville.If I had the fair opportunity to factor the “big picture”into my decision, I would have not purchased this vehicle and I wouldn’t feel I have been taken advantage of and potentially victimized. If I had the opportunity beforehand, to see the same apologies, and the same deals being made, over and over again, on Google and BBB, for the same situation, for the same business, I would NOT have purchased this vehicle.I purchased this vehicle for $16,500, on October 20,2021, and on October 29, 2022, it’s CarFax history based value is $6,000.My first valid concern was initiated almost immediately after I purchased the vehicle. Since that time, there is a consistent, documented, factual, historical record of my experience and how I arrive to my suspicions.I hope this feedback is taken constructively and inspires a call to action.Thank you for listening.

I've been having my Hyundai Elantra serviced here since it was new. While I'm sure I could find less expensive service, I am likewise sure I could NOT be treated better anywhere. They care for both the customer and the vehicle but it feels like your satisfaction is the most important. After 13 years of service they just get better.

The market is such that nobody is getting any car cheaply these days. But I got what I think is a fair price, and the staff were courteous and respectful of my time. They're out to make a sale, obviously, but they were transparent and helpful.

Hello everyone,Please be aware of the Additional packages overhead cost. They charge 3800$ for wheel moulding, door edge guard etc, and asks to forcefully accept the “Turnersvillie advantage “ package. Moreover, they take tax on 3800$ as final vehicle amount. Ideally this package shouldnt be added as final vehicle price. Its not something you want to get it, its something they are forcing you to buy if you want your vehicle from their local inventory. Also, under that package they claim complimentary maintenance service. However, that complimentary service comes by default from Hyundai. So its something they are not very transparent to customers.I feel like Hyundai needs to focus more on the “click to buy” program with more transparency. They should explicitly tell the final amount upfront on the website so no dealer can force for additional packages. I can understand looking at the market where there is vehicle shortage dealership are trying to get their big cut. But i feel like it should be transparent on website itself.Update:- No one called from dealership to discuss about the tax issues. Moreover, they haven’t send me the license plate yet and tag is expiring in 2 days. They are scammers. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!TURNERSVILLIE PACKAGE IS SCAM

I have been taking our Toyotas to Toyota of Turnerville for a about a year now and have been very happy with our service there. Just bought new tires and I needed to wait gor the car and they got it done within the time they said. The customer service person was also very nice.

Truly appreciated the sales staff and managers we dealt with. Unfortunately the present situation with supply chains meant the price negotiation was lousy, otherwise they may have earned 5 stars instead of 4.

Nissan of Turnersville, bought a certified pre-owned Nissan 2019 rogue sport here. I also get my other 2020 rogue sport serviced here. Prices are so cheap for an oil change, I stopped doing it myself. All of the staff here are incredibly professional and nice.

This is the second time we’ve come back and had the same salesman AJ Lear. Always a great and super easy experience. No pressure to buy which is the biggest reason we came back. AJ was helpful and listened to us when we told him exactly what we were looking for and an hour later we drove off in our new car! Whenever it’s time for another we will no doubt be back.

Michael Sulpizi is an excellent salesperson and this is the 3rd car we've purchased from him, so he must be doing something right!!The showroom has a relaxed atmosphere and we'll be going back here for our next car.

I’ve been leasing cars for almost 15 years now and have been to many dealerships, this has been the best experience I’ve had by far. Rick, the manager, is responsive and friendly. My sales rep was Anthony Kinsey. He was friendly, professional, and no nonsense. The whole process was a breeze. I’m so happy i made the hour plus drive out of Philadelphia to come here.
