I've tried most in the area, and I must say Asian Gourmet & Hunan Wok is among my top two within a reasonable drive of Long Valley. One of my first criteria in judging Chinese take-out is the degree of saltiness or over saucing. I am sodium sensitive. Asian Gourmet excels here, and also in freshness and preparation. This is an unassuming take-out establishment with an old-school chef complete with white cap and apron in the back! When you order on-line or on phone, the order is hot, and ready when promised perfectly. I've had other less than stellar experiences in this regard with another local establishment, but never here! If you are a fan of Hot and Sour Soup as I am, you must try theirs! Nice people, special preparation requests are adhered to, and a good value to boot! Try them!
