The groomers are very sweet, however my dogs didn’t look as if they were groomed just a few short days after being groomed!!
I now decided to back to Pallywood on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. They do AMAZING work!!

Petsmart Turnersville has the most incredible team..from the management staff..Megan..Jeff..Lynn and Bailey to the associates..Kayla..Mary..Krislee etc..these individuals are so very dedicated to the customer base and their fur babies. No task is too much for this group..I volunteer at a local animal rescue and get to witness this team in action frequently..whether it be helping customers to their cars with heavy packages or introducing a child with their parents to their first pet..the Turnersville Team is the best I have seen. They are professional, efficient, knowledgeable and most importantly kind. Love this team and will continue to shop at this location!

Store is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They welcome you bringing your pet. The facility is bright and clean. The staff always greet you as you come in and are always willing to help you.I don't know if PetSmart has any control of this with the economy the way it is but the dog is costly. It's not easy to simply switch off on your pet's food which could cause stomach sensitivity. Also just like humans we don't like to substitute our food. We don't like to give our pets a cheaper cost pet food because the one we're currently giving has risen price.
