Store is easy to get to with plenty of parking. They welcome you bringing your pet. The facility is bright and clean. The staff always greet you as you come in and are always willing to help you.I don't know if PetSmart has any control of this with the economy the way it is but the dog is costly. It's not easy to simply switch off on your pet's food which could cause stomach sensitivity. Also just like humans we don't like to substitute our food. We don't like to give our pets a cheaper cost pet food because the one we're currently giving has risen price.

Had such a great experience today at this PetSmart! Went in around 645pm as a first time fish tank owner with a tiny shrimp and 5 gallon tank I had acquired from someone else, and two associates helped me out and were so lovely and gracious! They answered all my million questions and anything they didn't know they looked up. The first woman walked through the store with me and helped me pick out ALL the things I'd need and the second was so sweet and helpful at the end! I wish I could remember their names because they were just so wonderful. My tank already looks so refreshed and new and the little shrimp I had is so excited in his new home!

Ten out of ten, don’t recommend. Scheduled a day ahead for my pup to get a bath and nails done. Employees right off the bat stated that they’re already behind, it’s going to take over two hours, and they’re short one person. Five minutes later I get a call from the manager stating that my pup isn’t being cooperative and for a minute had all kinds of excuses. The expression I originally received from the employee with the express like I was wasting their time. Last time I was there just for nails, they did a piss poor job and I gave them the benefit of doubt, but it’s continuous. The manager showed, that there isn’t any responsibility or professionalism at all there, including at the top. Management is supposed to troubleshoot and fix issues where needed within the business, needs to jump in a support their employees when lacking and troubleshoot where she’s not even to be able to capable of doing that. Took my pup to a groomer afterwards where they had no problem or issues at all. If you do have your pet’s nails done there, I would highly recommend that you ask a professional groomer to just take a look to see all the flaws. A the advanced scheduling showed that it was already to much for them, and the easiest way out, is to have management push customers out and not fix the problems.

Great selection of food for a large selection of animals. They have frozen mice for your reptiles but you have to ask them to get them for you due to theft.

Jay is the Absolute best groomer, located at the petsmart inTurnersville NJ. I am so grateful and especially comfortable knowing my 2 girls, Wren and Bear are getting exquisitely groomed and still receiving tender love and care.

I took my puppy here to be spayed. The next day she was infested with fleas. The only place she had been was pet smart for her surgery. I let pet smart know because I didn’t want this to happen to any other dogs. It’s cruel my dog is irritated from surgery and from being bit by fleas In their care. When I talked to the front desk I was told that they “ wipe things down daily “. Be careful I just don’t want another dog to go through what my pup is experiencing.

We took our cat to the vet center here because my girlfriend found a tick on our cat who spends some time outside. They examined the cat and paid 75$. They also prescribed revolution topical to fight any fleas, tick, etc. However they wrote the wrong prescription. How can you be a veterinarian medical professional and write the wrong prescription…… The medicine did not fight ticks which was the reason we took the cat there in the first place. It cost $117 for the wrong medicine. PetSmart staff took no responsibility for writing the wrong prescription. How can this be acceptable about writing wrong RX, how can they not know the difference between Revolution and Revolution +. Please don’t take your animal here. Huge mistake on our part.

Me and my fiancé bought our Golden Retriever puppy in the beginning of January and had no idea where to start with training her. We came to Pet Smart to pick up supplies and received some information about training. As soon as she was 10 weeks old, we signed her up for training. We did our puppy training with Tori at the Pet Smart in Turnersville, NJ. She was an absolute delight to work with each week and helped us out with all of her information each week with training. Our little pup Sadie learned how to sit, come, wait, paw, and down. As her owner, we also learned a lot about our new little pup and what we should and shouldn't do with her. Tori was patient and very informative. Sadie loved her! (Not just because she gave her treats), but because she was so kind and gentle with her. I highly recommend taking her new dog to Pet Smart. Not only do the puppies learn a lot, but the owners do as well. Thanks Tori!

Only place I can get certain things for my kitten. Prices aren’t the worst I’ve seen. My kitten’s food is actually cheaper here than Walmart.I’d love to see larger cages for the poor kitties in there, but it’s not a shelter so I’m sure the space they have doesn’t allow for it. Sad to see a cat curled up in a crate they have no room to roam in. Some cages enclosures are bigger than others and some have a connecting door for them to come and go between 2 cages. I’ve never seen anyone interacting with them and that’s also sad to me, but I go at odd times, usually at night. I’m sure the volunteers play and socialize when they’re there. Good thing I’m broke or I’d be taking in ALL the strays and adoptable animals. Lol
