As a long time customer of PNC, this branch has been a terrible disappointment. The tellers are absolutely lovely and helpful, but I have wasted HOURS trying to get basic banking done the past few visits. Today ended my banking relationship with the Washington branch, possibly PNC as a whole.I went for a printout of my sons account statement as a DMV document. After waiting approximately 45 minutes I met with Theresa. She first told me his name wouldn't be on the statement as it is a custodial account. I informed her that isn't true as I had statements for my other son, as well.After printing, I checked that his name was indeed on the statement and headed home. I got home to realize that she had printed an old (2022) statement with our old address. I immediately called and asked if they could print me a correct one. They said they couldn't do anything over the phone, but someone would call me back. No one called me back. I made an online appointment again for 2:15. At 2:30, Theresa met with us again. She said that's all she could print out and offered a verification letter with the correct address. The balance information was not even close to accurate. She could not print an updated statement with the correct address.A manager came in and basically looked it over and said that's the best they could do and to try another DMV agent if he gets rejected.I came home, made an appointment for Clinton PNC and went to PNC online where I was able to find how to print an updated statement with the correct address in about 5 minutes. I'm thoroughly floored at the lack of knowledge and poor customer service I encountered today. Two hours wasted for a 5 minute job. Horrible!

Extremely Disappointed with PNC Bank in Washington, NJ (Warren County)I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with PNC Bank in Washington, NJ, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with their level of service. I was in the process of opening a business account with them, but their unprofessionalism and lack of commitment to customer satisfaction have led me to take my business elsewhere.One of the most frustrating aspects of my interaction with PNC Bank was their complete disregard for returning phone calls. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them regarding my account setup and had to endure the frustration of being left in the dark. It is simply unacceptable for a bank to ignore their customers and not provide timely and reliable communication.Furthermore, when I finally managed to speak with someone at PNC Bank, I was appalled by their inability to provide a direct answer to a basic question. I asked if they had anyone who specialized in handling business accounts, and instead of a clear response, I received vague and unhelpful information. It was evident that the staff lacked knowledge and did not take pride in their roles or in serving their customers effectively.As someone looking to establish a professional relationship with a bank, I expect competence, responsiveness, and a genuine willingness to assist. Unfortunately, PNC Bank failed to meet these expectations, leaving me with no choice but to seek alternative banking options.I strongly advise anyone considering PNC Bank in Washington, NJ, to think twice before entrusting them with your financial needs. Their poor customer service and lack of commitment to providing accurate and timely information are major red flags. There are plenty of other reputable banks that prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. Save yourself the frustration and seek a more reliable and customer-focused banking institution.In conclusion, my experience with PNC Bank in Washington, NJ, was nothing short of disappointing. They failed to return phone calls, lacked knowledge about their own services, and demonstrated a lack of professionalism throughout. I will not be doing business with them and encourage others to do the same.Please note that this review reflects my personal experience and opinion, and others may have different experiences with PNC Bank.

$70 to cash a check and no large bills. Just say past PNC Bank my company won't even accept checks from them no longer.

This branch is by far the poorest when it comes to customer service. I wish there was the option to give 0 stars. I was first in line at the drive thu at 9:45am. I sent the tube and no one came on the camera. I waited and finally hit the call button after 5 min. The teller says that they'll be right with me. 10 min later I hit the call button again to see if there's a problem. The teller states that they only had two people there and that they didn't even get to my deposit yet. Then someone else reaches across and shuts off the camera! I'm left sitting in the drive thru trying to figure out what to do because the deposit included cash. Finally after 20 minutes of my life which I'll never get back, the woman who shut off the camera pops on and says "Sorry for the wait" then with lighting speed shuts the camera off again.

I always have a pleasant experience at my local Washington Boro PNC. The tellers always have a smile on their face and are more than willing to help me with my daily transactions and offer insight about my banking practices and financial well-being! The bankers are always happy to help me when I have more complicated situations, and Teresa, the branch manager is the sweetest!

Many thanks to Theresa Briggs who assisted with my auto loan. She went above and beyond to get loan closed in a timely manner. She is a very kind and understanding person. She is a true professional who pays attention to detail so no mistakes are made. I am truly grateful for her assistance. Awesome job Theresa!
