Bought two cars there (Subarus of course) and had oil changes now on both of them. I think the prices for service are competitive with other places if you get the same oil quality, and I trust the dealer a lot more. The facilities are immaculate, there's a waiting area with refreshments and comfortable seating, and the staff is friendly and professional. I've not usually had service done at the dealer except for warranties, but I plan on using Prestige for my regular maintenance as well.

Customer service for the parts department is just angry and seems to take it out on their customers bought a part after giving the information they asked for VIN ect. Then I received it instantly noticed it was not correct and was told its my fault and not refund able still in packaging thanks for nothing and insulting me saying its my fault i would think the dealer could find the correct part after giving the vehicle information thats was asked of me.

After dealing with other dealerships and their "salesmen", I decided to try Prestige.DAN CAREY IS THE BEST !! Honest, courteous, knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. He was A True Pleasure To Deal With; therefore I decided to purchase my first Subaru from Dan at Prestige. Antonio, the manager, was very courteous and welcoming. He took the time to introduce himself and have a conversation ( he didn't hide behind a wall). The accessibility of management proves alot to a customer.. I would Definitely Recommend going out of your way to go to Prestige and meet Dan and Antonio for your next vehicle purchase; you Won't be disappointed.Thank You Dan and Antonio for making my vehicle purchase a smooth and pleasurable experience.Lynda

Didn’t get a chance to buy our Crosstrek here unfortunately. BUT let me just say how nice everyone here is. Sal was our salesperson and he went above and beyond looking for the specific car we wanted. He was the reason why we fell in love with the Crosstrek. He helped us out and any questions we asked, he answered everything. Whoever is reading this review and is looking to get a Subaru, please ask for Sal as he is the nicest person ever. Very easy car buying experience. Matt was my salesperson and he went out of his way to be available by phone and email. Antonio (sales manager) stepped in when Matt had a day off. I had a final question after the financing was finished about a dollar figure. Antonio went above and beyond to help me understand the calculation of the number. I believe this was the most positive experience I have ever had buying a car. Also I wanted to mention the finance person was very efficient and personable. Thank you. I love my new car!

I have taken my Subaru Forester here for service twice now and have had my 2 young kids with me. The employees are professional and accommodating. The service advisor Val explained what was due for my current mileage and let me know pricing up front. He even had the technician pull my cabin filter and show me it to see if I wanted it replaced. The entire process was quick, and I will be returning again and again!

I love my car and I wanted to love this place too.After purchasing a used vehicle I noticed some wobbling at highway speed, immediately emailed the sales manager about the issue and I was told they were going to take care of it.I arrive for my scheduled appointment, a month later because there was no availability, and I'm greeted by a very stressed and swamped customer service employee who can't set expectations of whether I should wait in the lobby or leave or give any eta. Fair enough, that's been me before I know that job is tough.After an hour I'm told I'm being charged $100 for this fix... wait that wasn't the arrangement we had?They don't have sympathy for this and I end up paying the full amount.They match the poor quality of their word with their poor quality of work and negligence.When I arrived home I realized there was a giant gouge going along my rear drivers side door.Surprise surprise they lost the footage of me coming in and cannot provide any documentation of the condition of the car before returning it to me.I stopped by the service center and the manager me Bill did his due diligence by glancing at the gouge from 5 feet away and saying there's no way it could have happened there without providing a lick of evidence. There is a very small amount of discoloration and according to my research steel can start to rust immediately once exposed.Ultimately, I feel really taken advantage of and cast aside. First for not following through with their word. Then for this gouge situation.I didn't walk in their accusing them of damaging the car I just wanted to see the footage and/or condition check so I could figure out what happened because those kinds of checks and balances are standard at shops.

I called Prestige Subaru about locating and giving me a quote to fix an engine oil leak in my 2010 Forester with 187k miles that is dripping on the exhaust system and causing smoking. I was told that the test would be $190, but that most Subarus with this amount of mileage require a complete reseal which cost between $2,500 and $2,800. After deciding I would go ahead with the reseal if it was the worst case scenario, I made the appointment for the test. After the test, I was told it took forever to clean the motor to determine where it was leaking and that it would require a complete reseal at a cost of $4,500. Somehow the price increased by $2,000. If I had known that I would not have spent the $190 on the test. When got the Forester, I removed the from tires to replace the brake pads and rotate the tires. What did I find? I completely dirty engine with years of dirt and oil... obviously was not cleaned to determine where it was leaking. They took my $190 and did nothing but quote a ridiculous price

Working with Brian Rea and the rest of the team at Prestige was great. With how weird the market is right now, I scheduled a test drive because I saw they had a car I was interested in listed as "in transit" when I arrived, Brian set up the car for me to test and explained the main differences between it and the one we wanted. We loved the vehicle so we put down a deposit. Brian kept us informed of the status of our vehicle and when it arrived set up a time for us to come pick it up.I haven't bought a car in over a decade and I remembered hating the experience because of high-pressure tactics but they didn't try that here. The price we talked about when I gave my deposit was the same price it was when we got there. No surprises. They listed some of the other options, but only went in-depth on those I asked for detail on. Brian walked me around my car, showing me all of the main features. He even offered to help me hook up my phone (but as someone who sold phones, I had a lot of experience here). In the end, I am a happy new Subaru owner and cannot speak highly enough about Prestige Subaru or Brian Rea in particular.

Have been looking for a car for a while with no luck. Heather fit me into her busy schedule at the last minute and I feel like I got a really good deal on a really great car and she was awesome to work with. I had a roof tent on my old car and it felt like everyone at the dealership came out to help move it onto my new car. It was a real hassle for them and they were super nice about it. We shopped here, but did not buy here because we were looking for something specific that we could not get in the timeframe we wanted. However, John Belliveau was truly wonderful. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and helped us figure out what we needed. I was really sorry that we were not going to be able to make a deal here since the experience and help was like nothing else I have ever experienced in a car dealership. I will totally come back in the future.

I was looking for a Crosstrek and found the one I wanted here. When I went in, Heather was quick to come to my aid and answer my questions about what was on the lot and the differences between the few Crosstreks I was considering. Heather was knowledgeable about the safety and connivence features of the car. Heather made the purchasing and trade in process extremely easy and efficient! I would go back or recommend Prestige and Heather if anyone I know is in the market for a Subaru.
