The rates go up way too fast and it's so hard to keep up with it, they seem so unwilling to work with you when you're having troubles.

I am amazed at the customer service at the Sicklerville location! The staff has been awesome since renting this unit in mid-August. From unlocking the restroom, answering all of my questions to patrolling the grounds. I am “super impressed” with the way that they treat their customers!!! Thank you for your attention to details and your friendly customer service

Theodisa is the best manager at the storage unit. If you have any problems or question he will be able to help you. He goes out of his way to find the answers to any situation. He did a wonderful job that caused me to be with public storage for another year. He is not there Kathy can help you too. ????????????????

When I got this small (5x10) unit a year ago, the rent was $109 plus tax. Since then the rent as increased twice, now going up to 50% more than when I started. That is ridiculous. It is still the same dusty old closet that I moved stuff into and now I will be expected to pay almost $175 a month. If you are a good little autopayer, you might not see it. The first time the increase happened I was never notified. Beware - they do this. For no reason.
