I enjoy Quick Check over Wawa. But there is no excuse for bathrooms that stay this disgusting. I understand locations get tens of thousands of visitors per week. It’s a busy location. However, the toilet to customer ratio is extremely off. Deploy a sanitary team that travels to all locations to disinfect the bathrooms daily. Or pressure your staff to do their job. No one is above janitorial duties, unless you’re prepping food that day. I’ve complained many times before. Even spoke to a manager that over sees multiple locations. I’m done talking. I will continue to post photos like this at every location I visit. They smell of urine and fecal matter. I don’t even wash my hands because I will get dirtier. CLEAN YOUR BATHROOMS REGULARLY!!!!

Anyone else get grinds in their coffee multiple times a week. Even after district manager Katie said it would stop. It kept happening. Very unsanitary conditions.

Was getting gas and Jason the gas attendant was very friendly, had a nice conversation, even cleaned our windows. Couldn't ask for better service.

So I’ve been going to this QuickChek for years now the staff is unpleasant. Nobody knows how to do their job. There is constant attitude with the people in the back, making the subs. My boyfriend was just in there getting a sub only thing he ate all day and got food poisoning from the sub he ordered every time they make sandwiches. There’s no meat on them. The sandwich falls apart. You’re paying all this money and getting a piece of meat and a ton of lettuce quick check needs better management and new employees. Absolutely the worst QuickChek around.

None of the bad reviews here are warranted and seem bogus.
I love that I can order on the app and grab a bag with my name on it. The food is great except for the fries, which are skinny and greasy. I wish selections were as customizable and varied as Wawa. I would like yogurt or double protein in the green smoothie or pizza on the menu and soup at night. Sometimes, they don't pay attention to the details of the salad and sandwich orders like providing extras ordered of a dressing or instructions not to cut the sandwich. I am low-carb and don't want croutons on my Caesar salad.
The points system was great but is now very restrictive, which really bothered me. I love that I get points for gas, but the auto deduction was taken away, and they made it hard to use your points and easy to lose them. As a frequent heavy shopper, this really upset me.

Man making the hoagies messed up all 3 of my sandwiches. Didn't follow what was supposed to be on sandwich. Hoagies gave me food poisoning after I ate them.

Had a horrible experience at the quick check in Washington,NJ. I was purchasing from this store and they gave me a hard time with regards to purchasing some cigarettes and the sad part is they weren’t for me. Now several other people came up afterwards and the cashier didn’t question them with regards to not showing an id, I am A.A. and everyone else was white.
When I asked further they shared its a policy to card everyone and when I pointed out that while waiting for my food I observed several purchases no ID required, the manager said that she may have known the other three or four people. Now I’ve been to this store several times and it has never been an issue. When I spoke to two separate people the policy changed and Katie shared they can use their discretion which is different than what was shared. So when I asked if I could see the policy due to how many different things they all were saying she said not wasn’t posted in the store or on the website. So I asked her for corporate number and guess what she said that’s it no point because it only going to get kicked back to me. I said ma’am I would just like to see the policy that says that the cashiers have discretion…. She was very cocky and snarky. I am sure that the policy says everyone should be showing ; I am following up and I’ll provide an update….. I’m curious to see what this policy says, I doubt that’s the language…

What company sets up an interview for someone, has all your information in front of you, show up and they tell you we aren’t giving it to you, because you had an interview a year ago and couldn’t do those hours….way to waste my time and my gas…..worst of all it wasn’t my interview but my car and gas was used. These companies can do anything they want, cuz we are numbers and not people…..let’s not shop here and shut the place down. Oh but it’s quickchek so that’s won’t happen.This shows negligence in knowing how to run a business from the standpoint of Donna Kain. She is fired or I bring civil suite. Thank you.

Never have issues here. Friendly staff and awesome subs.Update 2024: Come on, who does this? The sandwich making skills are really lacking. Never had a problem before, but lately, it seems as if these newer employees are super lazy. Very disappointed.
