Had car fixed here after hitting a deer, insurance company sent me. They never answer the phone when you call. Picked up car after two weeks, noticed hood was not aligned properly, mentioned it,they said was the best they could do. A few weeks later grill popped off , look like it had been expoxied. A few months later bumper came off on one side,put a zip tie in to hold it temporarily took it back for them to look at. They said they fixed it, looked at it,the zip tie I used was still holding the bumper on.took it to get looked at at different body shop,had over spray, misaligned body panels and fish eyes pock marks and bubbles in paint and safety sensors aligned in stead of replaced. Car ended up being totaled to expensive to fix properly and fix what they did to it.

They didn't ask the owner for permission to make repairs after the estimate.

Had a great experience with Rocco's Collison. I waited a few months to do a review, wanted to make sure the repairs were all good. Great communication from all the ladies that work from the front desk to the office manager, sorry, I forgot their names. Definitely would recommend them to do your repairs.
