Samantha G. is wonderful as she went above and beyond what we needed. When 3 other TD banks wouldn’t help us on the weekend when managers are off.
Samantha made the process seamless, provided kind and professional service. Highly recommend coming her and speaking with her. The 3 other local banks couldn’t solve my problem but Samantha resolved it within ten minutes to find a manager in another banks.
I’m sure she will excel wherever she may choose.

The worst customer service! Stood in the lobby 30 minutes while no even said anything until I asked if it was the norm to be treated this way. The answer I got was, I don't know I don't normally work here and contractor point to the wall and said there is the manager's name - Alexis DeAnne.. I assume was in her office watching through the glass doors of the line of people waiting. And this isn't tge first time I dealt with TD's poor service!!! Will be moving my banking!!

The drive-thru ATM never works. I am often inconvenienced by this and have to go inside to use the lobby ATM. But most of those times the lobby ATM also is not working.

Very rude , made me WAIT although I was there FIRST and lied and said she sent a text to my phone to recover my account (a text was never SENT )

I used Sewell branch on Hurffville-Crosskeys road. We worked multiple time with Anthony and he was very helpful. Help my son set up the estate account and any time we had questions we would stop by and he was always responsive and very helpful.

Tried to use the atm machine and the Gardaworld employee was taking forever to collect the cash whilst all the doors were locked during this time for security purposes. I decided to go through the drive through for the atm. All the drive-up atms were also out of service. As td charges a surcharge for using non-TD atms, they made it quite impossible for me to access my own cash. :)

No longer offers coin counting machines, youth summer reading program. No longer offer visa gift cards for customers. Also this branch refuses to let customers use the restroom even though the building was built with customer bathrooms. They make you insertyour debit card to he helped in the lobby by a tellet

This TD BANK is top tier and Rachel the store manager (especially) + her team is what counts here.If you’re a business owner who’s doing large business and needs somebody to help you and take care of you this is the place. Rachel and her team go above and beyond. If Rachel left TD BANK and moved anywhere my accounts would follow.

Less then impress with phone service ….. TD Bank ( previously Commerce Bank ) has always been known as a Bank of Convenience….. That must have changed, I called in today 2/11/22 to make an appointment…. It seems they are short staffed and there was a lot of confusion with my request for an appointment. It seems few employees handling numerous tasks. This has never been the case….. it must be a sign that Brick and Mortar Banking has taken a back seat. I hope this is not the case, if so then evidentially TB Bank will losing market share to the other local Banks ( Republic Bank seems to be more convenient)

Every time I need assistance this branch comes through for me. They answer the phone, they understand what you need and take care of everything in minutes. I'm so grateful for such fantastic customer service. Thank you!
