Luis was extremely helpful and personable! It’s hard to find people who are genuinely willing to help others! I appreciate it and I will go back to this location knowing he’ll be able to answer any questions I have!

I visit the USPS in Washington, NJ, twice a day for my shipments. While most of the staff, like Luis and Chari, are amazing and always greet you with a smile, there's one employee who consistently ruins my experience. The Asian woman at the counter is incredibly rude. Despite my efforts to be pleasant, saying "Good morning" and wishing her a great day when I leave, she never replies.
It's not just me—other reviews mention similar experiences. Her attitude is so off-putting that I often go to the USPS in Hackettstown just to avoid her. I don't understand her problem, but manners and respect are universal, regardless of culture. Something needs to change at this location to improve customer service.

Unfortunately I hate being specific and having to call out someone but this has been an ongoing issue at this Post Office. While everyone I've encountered at this office has been helpful and kind, the woman who's name starts with an X is the complete opposite and should not be working with the public. This needs to be addressed - I will be filing a complaint. Next time she is working the counter I will be refusing her "help".

I gave it one start as after reading the comments I see that the main issue at this location has not been addressed. The Asian lady at the counter is always rude to everyone. Looks like this issue has been going on for a very long time and unfortunately this is a service that can't always be avoided. Better customer service would be ideal.

Most employees that work at this location are great, the letter carriers are excellent. Unfortunately, one woman who works directly with the public is very unpleasant to everyone.

Asked the woman at the front desk about a package I had ordered. She rolled her eyes at me and gave me a hard time. Very rude service.She wasn’t wearing a mask either.
