Great customer service, never seems overcrowded

Got what I needed and little to no wait on a Thursday morning, but the customer service is less than desirable. The man with a beard who helped me was smacking his gum loudly- definitely doesn’t seem like part of the customer service protocol. He also asked me questions in a brisk and rude manner.
Not helpful at all when I asked for some stamps. I don’t buy stamps frequently. There are definitely questions I am unsure of. I most certainly didn’t know the answer to his questions since he didn’t provide examples. Didn’t even let me get some time to think about my options. I felt pressured to finish and leave even though I was the only customer there. I only came to the physical store because I needed stamps asap, but that was obviously a mistake. Next time I’ll buy online.
Once again, quick service, but USPS definitely needs to have some customer service trainings to their staff. How are these people even hired? Like who recruits them? Terrible.

Droped off package today. Looked around, windows and door glass filthy. Place is old but geez take a little pride in your workplace.

TERRIBLE PLACE ! I sent an important paper work with them and they lost it ! If you don’t want lost package make the trip to the one in glasssboro they never lose a package from my experience. The people here are negligent! Apparently family members of mine had similar experiences before!

Came here a few times (usually around noon) and the wait times are minimal, staff is friendly, and this location also has a self-checkout kiosk, which is helpful to send out mail after hours

The older guy who works here is completely useless and rude. Twice now I've gone to ship some packages and he's a total j**** He was wrong about scanning my label, gave me an attitude when I explained to him I was reusing a package and he had to scan the label on my phone. His response was "oh that's my bad, but usually people remove old labels so there's no confusion." Where's the confusion? I'm holding up my phone asking you to scan the label. Sorry you hate your life, sorry for inconveniencing you by having you do your job. Maybe develop a skill. Other than mindlessly scanning packages.
