Employees were not helpful in getting Fios properly. I could have done the same thing from my house. They generated a code and then walked me up to a computer screen where I did the same steps I would have done from home. They were kind enough, but what is the point of offering Fios from the store if the employees don't actual help you make sure its done properly.

Verizon is a hardcore nightmare.. 10 hours to get an Apple Watch. Between going to the store and Verizon agents from support number and the store arguing over policy. :(. You may consider saving yourself the improsoning punishment of the anger. F Verizon

The 5 stars goes directly to MATT! Verizon is one of the dumbest companies I’ve ever had to deal with. I had an outstanding balance for a closed account and they locked me out of the account and no one on the phone customer service or in store could figure out how to help me for months. They kept charging me monthly with no way to pay for the account or see an itemized bill. I went in today to the store and Matt thought outside the box with how to get me in the account by using my old phones serial number and truly went above and beyond. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and truly a blessing of a human being. My 7.5 month pregnant self could not deal with one more idiot and the universe and Matt knew that. Kudos to you Matt!!! Keep it up!

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store in Turnersville! I upgraded to two new iPhone 16s, and the team made the process quick and easy. On top of that, they helped me lower my monthly bill by $70—huge savings! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and really took the time to find the best deal for me. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and awesome deals!

Brian was a great help to me this morning. My phone was all messed up with ads and more ads. He took time going all over all the apps until he got the phone back in working condition. I truly appreciated his help and kindness. Thank you!

They didn't even bother trying to help us. One clerk was just playing with her phone and told us to call Verizon hotline because they couldn't do anything there. When we tried going to other Verizon branches, they were able to fix the problem and help us.

Terrible customer service. We had an order pick up here and it was never ready to pick up and and it got canceled because we didn't pick it up within three days, but it never said that it was ready for three days. And they never helped us with this issue when we came here at all !! They even said that they can't do anything about it because they dont have it on their system, and they even said that they cant call customer service too, but when we went to verizon CLEMENTON the same day, they were able to solve the issue we had on this specific store. Have some shame!other stores had to solve your damn issues

DON'T use the "pick up at the store" option when getting a new phone- or at least DON'T make it THIS store. I've had some less than stellar salespeople at this store.[ complaining about being at work to customers, or seeming completely disinterested]- but I've come back because its nearby & an actual Verizon store,not a satellite.Never again. I ordered a new phone online, and chose a model & color that was in stock at Turnersville. Verizon says it takes about an hour or two- so stopped in after running errands. Saleswoman goes into the back- and comes out & says we can't process your order- you should be getting an email. Made me think there was an ISSUE with my order,NOT that it simply wasn't ready- so I asked what do you mean?- She repeated you'll get an email, arms folded, nothing further. So when I ask, how do I cancel my order? I get an annoyed, "we don't do that here,you need to call 611"-- Frankly, at this point I still wanted the phone- I just don't understand why the salesperson didn't explain any better or ask WHY i'd like to cancel?I called 611- got a nice person, they said my order simply wasn't ready- go home ,I'll get an email.I waited several more hours and then I cancelled my order. Why, you ask?1- Not the first time salespeople have acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. Was recently at Apple w/my son- people there were super nice & didn't act annoyed that you were there trying TO BUY STUFF.2- Came here w/my husband, chose a phone from the shelf, it was gotten from the back,we signed & left- whole process 15 minutes.- Today- I ordered online, paid & signed -all BEFORE coming to store- but even after several hours can't take phone home because "its not processed"- seems online should be simpler than just walking in off street, but no.

Probably changing carriers after my experience at this store as if the service wasn’t already enough of a reason. I had a Haitian woman whose ethnicity is only important to identify her so you know who to watch out for. She scoffed at my profession when she found out what I did for a living and then proceeded to try and sell me an older model phone than what my promotion was good for since the newer model was unavailable so she could make her commission. This is all while the other employees could be overheard bad mouthing the company inside the store. Never going back to this location if I do stay with Verizon.
