DON'T use the "pick up at the store" option when getting a new phone- or at least DON'T make it THIS store. I've had some less than stellar salespeople at this store.[ complaining about being at work to customers, or seeming completely disinterested]- but I've come back because its nearby & an actual Verizon store,not a satellite.Never again. I ordered a new phone online, and chose a model & color that was in stock at Turnersville. Verizon says it takes about an hour or two- so stopped in after running errands. Saleswoman goes into the back- and comes out & says we can't process your order- you should be getting an email. Made me think there was an ISSUE with my order,NOT that it simply wasn't ready- so I asked what do you mean?- She repeated you'll get an email, arms folded, nothing further. So when I ask, how do I cancel my order? I get an annoyed, "we don't do that here,you need to call 611"-- Frankly, at this point I still wanted the phone- I just don't understand why the salesperson didn't explain any better or ask WHY i'd like to cancel?I called 611- got a nice person, they said my order simply wasn't ready- go home ,I'll get an email.I waited several more hours and then I cancelled my order. Why, you ask?1- Not the first time salespeople have acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. Was recently at Apple w/my son- people there were super nice & didn't act annoyed that you were there trying TO BUY STUFF.2- Came here w/my husband, chose a phone from the shelf, it was gotten from the back,we signed & left- whole process 15 minutes.- Today- I ordered online, paid & signed -all BEFORE coming to store- but even after several hours can't take phone home because "its not processed"- seems online should be simpler than just walking in off street, but no.

Probably changing carriers after my experience at this store as if the service wasn’t already enough of a reason. I had a Haitian woman whose ethnicity is only important to identify her so you know who to watch out for. She scoffed at my profession when she found out what I did for a living and then proceeded to try and sell me an older model phone than what my promotion was good for since the newer model was unavailable so she could make her commission. This is all while the other employees could be overheard bad mouthing the company inside the store. Never going back to this location if I do stay with Verizon.

Outstanding service once you get someone. It's a REAL store, not an "authorized dealer" like most. Go here for the people who know what they're talking about.

Mike who sold me a phone is the nicest and most patient and kind salesperson I ever dealt with!! Just had to tell his supervisor (also named Mike) just how caring he was. Extremely helpful.

Went to Verizon with what I thought would be a major problem. Gene was most helpful and pleasant and fixed my phone within a couple of quick minutes, ( if that)! Thanks again Gene!!

The lady that waited on me didn't want to fix my phone she wanted me to buy a new phone. I didn't want a new phone so a different gentlemen assisted me and fix my phone in minutes and I was out the door.

Arrived before opening, sign on door says "scan for store hours". Can't scan, dude, here because my phone is broken. How hard is it to just post the hours? Even if my phone was working, you should have the hours posted on the door, rather than making people get out their tech, wait for the app, scan, wait... Come on, high-tech doesn't always mean efficient.

AAAAA+ Best Verizon store on the planet. Consummate pros. They know the products and services inside and out. The men that staff the Turnersville, NJ location posess a level of expertise only attainable through serving à million customers face to face.I felt like I was at Verizon headquarters, with every tool available for our use. Mr. DePalma, the business account specialist, was a highly spilled and impressive PROfessional. He had immédiate solutions and suggested truly helpful products and services I had no idea even existed. Mike and another gentleman in the tech départment were very helpful as well. They all work as a team. I was lucky enough to show up on a day that wasn't busy to see how they all work together to provide fast and courteous customer service. I was so happy I even bought an awesome JBL Party Speaker. I've spent/wasted so much time on the phone over the last 20+ years.I was seriously considering dumping Verizon because phone support couldn't solve my issue. Some, if not most things, need to be done in person to get it right. If you need fast, correct results for your business, don't call. Make the trip to Turnersville. I am going back and I live an hour away.Lastly, if manager Ms. Bloom reads these reviews, she is already aware of Mr. DePalma's capabilities. More people in the organization would be well served to take notice. He is an exceptional individual and deserves to be promoted. I was half tempted to make him an offer and hire him on the spot. Lucky for Verizon I was on a tight schedule that day.I won't steal Mr. DePalma just yet. I want him to personally review my account in détail and oversee the implémentation of the new software and phone systems we discussed.

Let's start that if you can just go online to your account or customer service, just do that. Don't waste your time going here. I wanted to look into a new phone. Talk to one of the reps and explain what I want, I get hit back how there's going to be an issue with transporting all of my stuff from one phone to another. This isn't my first rodeo! I know I can do that at home myself. And then I needed some on my bill, rep mostly spoke directly toy husband. "She" and "her" were thrown around about what I wanted. We left shortly after that. I'll take care of ordering a new phone myself.
