If there were 10 Star rating, Matt, at this Verizon store would be worthy of them. He was patient and knowledgeable every step of the way with an ordeal that I had encountered lasting three days of trying to deal with the Verizon phone representatives. I would definitely recommend his expertise to anyone needing help with their devices.Bravo, Matt..you’re a local goldmine! Thank you!

I went to the verizon store in washington township today. The gentleman who was running the store was extremely helpful and helping me file a claim for my disabled daughter's cellphone, which is a flip phone. He was kind, courteous, and understanding of my situation. He said the phone would be coming to my house today. God knows my daughter will be extremely happy. Thankful he is employed there. It's just a little bit less stress in my life.

One of the worst places you can ever go to, knowing the fact that when you have people there that don’t know what they’re doing and take forever and then give you an attitude about it and then also the store manager secondly, gives you an attitude the worst location that I have ever been to in a Verizon store Avoid the employees at any cost and do not deal with anybody at this location. The whole entire store really really needs to get replaced.

Highest compliments to Andrew who provided my sister and me the very best cellular customer service we've ever received! Andrew was so very patient, professional, responsive, understanding, and resourceful. I had a great deal of trepidation about upgrading from my vintage iPhone 6 to a iPhone 15 but Andrew was so reassuring, kind, and helpful. He took care of all our family's cellular equipment, plan, and MiFi needs so thoroughly and efficiently. I'm so glad to have ended my far inferior Mint cellular plan to join the Verizon family thanks to Andrew, who made the change so effortlessly. I look forward to recommending Andrew to all my friends and family as well as going to him with all my future cellular needs. Thank you Andrew!

I was dreading the whole experience of upgrading my Iphone 8 to a 15, having heard horror stories of purchasing a new phone.I had total anxiety of losing some precious and irreplacable things on my phone. I can now say all fear is gone after experiencing the expertise of Matt, the manager at Verizon at 280 Pascack Rd, Twsp of Washington. His professionalism, kindness and knowledge base put me at ease immediately. Everything went smoothly...can you believe that??? I hope Verizon corporate realizes what a gem they have here in Matt. My elderly mother was struggling to make the leap to a smart phone. Most places she stopped in didn't really have the time to dedicate to explaining everything to her and basically holding her hand to help her make the transition and take the plunge. I was so happy when she told me how much Jake helped her! He helped her choose a phone that would work with my father's hearing aid, and one that would be easiest for her to use. I am so grateful and appreciative of Jake for the time he spent with my mom. I'm sure he will continue to be a great source of assistance for her. Thank you Jake!!!
