This Walgreens used to be good many, many years ago, but recently has been pretty poor. The pharmacist was rude, the wait times were long, and they refused to do the standard 28 day refill on ANY medication. With over 300 medications being in short stock for 2025, I think this is a stupid and irresponsible thing to do to make people wait until the LAST MINUTE to get their medicine - that is, if it is even in stock.
I left and went elsewhere for my medications. Walgreens is already doing bad, so hopefully they WAKE UP and change things before they go completely out of business! Things are already looking bad for them!

My medication is out of stock, and I have been calling pharmacies to try and find it. No one has been helpful until I called this location today and they were able to provide me with helpful information about when/where I can find my medication. Thanks for actually treating me like a human being!!! đ

They always have my prescriptions on time. Their app is very useful!

Unfortunately, the low-star reviews about the pharmacy are indeed accurate. The pharmacist and staff make new ârulesâ every month depending on who you speak with and what type of medication is being filled. For example, a controlled medication was filled twice in the same month on two separate occasions, but yet this past month, they've gone to the â30-day rule.â That âruleâ was described to me as one day before the day you picked up that prescription the month prior. Which is also new because I was told two months ago that the âruleâ was two days before the day you picked it up the month prior. No matter how reasonably you ask questions to try to understand, theyâre very condescending and will lie to you about what they've done before, as if you cannot view the dates scripts were previously filled on their app. Nothing is consistent with them, and they don't care about the people.

In the past I've had some negative comments about this Walgreens because they usually are very slow with checking out... However, this past visit/experience on 12/20/2024 was a good positive visit. Kiera (younger girl) at the photo center/station was very nice, patient and helpful. Thank you for helping me with my photos Kiera!! :-D

I called the Walgreens in Williamstown because I had a question with my husbandâs medication. After holding for 20 minutes, they hung up on me. I decided to call the Walgreens in Washington Township because I really needed some answers. The pharmacist, Rhonda, spent a lot of time with me on the phone. She went through all my husbandâs medications(Even though I use a different Walgreens than hers) and was able to give me some good advice. He had a recent Hospital stay and she even research the hospital doctor who prescribed the new medication and gave me their name and phone number so I could reach out direct. sheâs awesome, great experience

Store offers curbside pickup. But doesnât deliver. Only delivers atttitude. After waiting in my car for a good 10-15min, I tried calling the store and got hung up on. Came into the store and inquired about my order, and was told with much attitude⌠get this⌠they came to my car but no one was there. WhatâŚ.? Where was I then???? They simply told me my order is right there and to get it myself.
I usually am not bothered, but not only was I in a time crunch (hence why I ordered curbside), but I have tons of invisible illnesses that makes curbside a better option. Literally in a month I get at least a dozen prescription medication when I am in âremissionâ and spend thousands there a month on my medication. They are also the least caring pharmacy I have encountered in my life. (Take plaquenil for example. A drug lupus patients depend on daily. Every month I am prescribed 60 pills. Have been for decades. During Covid, they offered me only 12 pills maximum. That would mean I would have to go to the pharmacy 5x just for ONE medication. Took that one script to Walmart where they see I have a standing order for them, and told me they made lupus patient a priority and they filled my entire script no problem.
Only reason why I didnât switch to Walmart was because they donât have a drive through.)
Anyways. This store has terrible attitude, doesnât do their job lies and overall a terrible store.
After this incident I switched all my medication to a different store. Wonât step foot in another Walgreens

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond for me. Things have gotten a lot better at this location as of lately.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have EVER used!!!! The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and one prescription that was just a packet, took 10 hours for them to fill it!!!!! Now my daughters eye drop script was sent last night and itâs 10:30 and STILL not filled! I will NEVER use these incompetent idiots again!!!

Absolutely deplorable service the blonde haired cashier creature with a mask on has a serious attitude problem. If you don't like working for Walgreens quit! Bashing Walgreens in front of customers isn't professional to say the least!

My husband and I had appointments to get our vaccines. We got there 15 minutes prior to appointments. After waiting 45 minutes; the girl behind the counter gave us a clipboard to fill out . We already did that on line. Needless to say; we left and will now get our shots elsewhere. While we were waiting; another customer informed us that she came in for a Covid shot and was given the flu shot which she already had. Horrible customer service. Don't bother making an appointment because they do not honor them.

Drive through closed. Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that there was a problem with the insurance- there is ALWAYS a problem with the insurance here and I haven't changed insurance since I was here 2 weeks ago. Then they say they didn't receive both prescriptions from urgent care. Phone ringing off the hook. Where are the employees??

What a baffling ordeal trying to get a COVID vaccine for myself and my family on a Saturday morning. The whole process took over an hour and a half. There were 3 people including the pharmacist working in the pharmacy department running the drop-off counter, the pick-up counter, and the flu and covid shots. When I arrived (early) for my scheduled appointment, I waited nearly 15 minutes before someone finally helped me. I was told twice in that time frame that someone would be with me in a minute. There was a lot of confusion about whether my insurance was accepted. It felt like that scene in Meet the Parents where the person at the airport check-in counter was endlessy typing on her computer to find a last minute flight for Ben Stiller. After over an hour of waiting with my two young children in the store, the line behind me started to stack up causing more waiting. Eventually, I got my vaccine, but they waited until after that to tell my wife that the insurance wouldn't let it go through and that we will likely get a bill for the shot they just gave me. Just a staggering amount of confusion and incompetence for a process that should have taken 15-30 minutes at the most. And after seeing all the people waiting and leaving after not being helped, I wouldn't dream of sending my prescriptions here.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I drove 30 minutes with my son to get his pediatric vaccination only to be told they don't have it. They couldn't even have the decency to call me and tell me it wasn't in stock. An hour round trip ride for absolutely nothing.
