Grabbed 2 bags of and headed to closest checkout (a self scan) and was told couldn't do ice there even though they had bar codes, so I didn't buy them

False advertising!! I arrived 10 minutes before closing and they said they wouldn’t let anybody in. If that’s true then say you’re closed at 10:50!!

Went to this store on 7/16, and tried to make a complaint, but no one will listen. At the time, there was a group of self checkouts that said 15 items or less. I had 18, but saw a row of registers without that sign. So I went to a checkout. The lady behind me had a literally full cart, and the woman in front of me had quite a few small items. I had some vitamins, dog food, bread, laundry detergent, fabric softener, eggs and soda. Heavy things, but under 20 things. I scanned 5 heavy items, when an employee came over, pushed past me, and told me I couldn't check out there. I asked why, and she said 15 items or less. I counted my things and told the woman I was sorry but didn't see a sign, and said I only had 12 more things, since I have a nerve disorder, can I just finish. The woman began grabbing my items, CANCELLING MY ORDER 1 BY 1, AND LITERALLY THROWING MY ITEMS BACK INTO MY CART! I said excuse me, but she cut me off, said no, and physically pushed my cart away from checkout. I was in shock. I asked her if the other people were going to have their orders canceled, and she said "no, they're fine, YOURE breaking rules." So, I put 5 items on the endcap, since she crushed my bread, broke 1 of the eggs, and cracked a container by throwing my items that were already rung up, went back to a register, re-rung my items, and left. I tried to complain before leaving, as the woman literally ran away after throwing my stuff, and pushing my cart into me, but no one would take a complaint. I sent an email, but it came back to me as undeliverable. The world is messed up enough, and prices just keep going up, so having to deal with THAT, on top of everything else and then having a horrible flare up of my nerve disorder because of this person's actions was the last straw. I spent $100 on the few things I purchased, but it looks like I'll be spending my money elsewhere. It's a shame, since I'm disabled and this walmart is right near my home. I'll go to Walmart if I only need 1 or 2 things, but I refuse to give these people any more of my money. I'll find a different place to do the bulk of my shopping

They’ve limited self checkout to 15 items, BUT failed to account for the fact that people still have to checkout! Only 2 cashier lines open, hundred people in line. If you go, be prepared to spend a long frustrating time waiting in line to give the millionaires at Walmart your money! Poor management at this store!!!!

But, you need to keep the scooters plugged in, and ready for use. Because most of the people using them (unfortunately) will not plug them in, or even turn them off. ???

Went in to replace dead battery because it was only 6 months into 2yr warranty,
They refused to do the return bc they already assumed (defamation of character) we ether stole ect.. but bc it didn't have barcode sticker they claimed they couldn't tell if we bought it at walmart! IT WAS A WALMART BRAND BATTERY ONLY WALMART SELLS!? and we where refused after I had a million questions because I couldn't think of any good reasons why they wouldn't exchange.so I went to battery aisle an they had exactly same type batter no barcode on it..so ya know I had to bring it back to Aisha mngr also the most miserable person on earth to ask how that battery got all the way back to the shelf no sticker with arcade...she proceeds to roll her eyes and not give me excuse and just walked away ...
I would recommend to anyone stay as far away from the turnersrville WALMART as you can!!! Worst experience ever clean house over there

Went to this store on July 26th poorly stocked i couldn’t find my shaving cream (edge) asked two employees that were standing in the health and beauty area if they had any on the top shelf they had no clue of what i was talking about and had to use a translator app on the phone and said they never carried the product. Forget about speaking to a manager but when you check out they have two employees staring at you so you don’t steal, maybe they should start checking their back door of the store.

I have been shopping here for two years now. This is my main store to get groceries. Since they have changed the policy to now only 15 items or less for self checkout, I have been forced to go to cashier to check my groceries. Both times I have been here I have been charged twice for an item that I only got one qty of. This is totally unacceptable. I won’t be coming here to get my groceries anymore unless it’s 15 items or Les so I can check it myself. Change your policies Walmart! Smh
