The prices can’t be beat. BUT I keep hoping the Pick Up process will be better every time I come back. The wait is a minimum of 30 min to get your order. You have multiple third party pick ups hounding and bombarding the workers at the door, shoving their phone in their faces, while the customers who patiently sit in their car have to wait even longer. Idk if it’s a staffing issue but it’s just not worth having to sit here and waste time when this is supposed to be a simple and convenient process. - Now after waiting 45 min, the associate asked if I wanted help to bag my stuff (which in 5 years I never had to do). It’s ok, the associate put all my stuff in the trunk - directly next to my bags instead of in them. This whole experience was such a turn off, questioning returning.

Worst shopping experience, the organization in this store is very poor. Employee engagement is a very low bar. Nothing organized on the shelves with employees engaged in minimal tasks.

It's a Walmart, what can I say? It seems organized pretty reasonably, and they are carrying more healthy choices than I remember. That's a great thing considering the closest health food grocery store is in Cherry Hill. Also, DEEZ NUTZ!!!

It's okay, not the worst Walmart I've been to. It's not very clean and looks like it can use some remodeling. The staff is alright but overall I try to avoid going here as much as I can.

This is the worst Walmart in South Jersey! The management is a joke, the employees have low morale because your only as strong as your leader. I needed help with the machine not accepting my card and the cashier is trying to convince me that I have no money on the card. I literally had to scan one item at a time to prove that I had money on my card I was using to make the purchase. Long story short, I made over $300.00 in purchases right in front of the manager and cashier. I was so embarrassed that the cashier was loud and rude and saying I didn’t have any money on my card. WALMART YOU SPEND ALL THIS MONEY ON FACIAL RECOGNITION AND THEFT PREVENTION, WHEN MAYBE THOSE THIEVES JUDT DIDNT WANT TO STAND IN LINE FOR 2HRS WAITING FOR A HARD WORKING HUMAN LIKE MYSELF TO SCAN ONE ITEM AND PAY AT A TIME. Do better by your customers. Last but not least I take my 100 year old grandmother food shopping every month to be a good grandson. She was with me along with my 70 year old auntie. WHAT A INCONVENIENCE YOU GUYS CAUSED TODAY!!!! I’m very disappointed and upset with the service received. HORRIBLE!!

I would've made mistake of giving this particular Wal-Mart more stars if k had submitted review anytime before this week but lucky for you reading this I am now writing a review as a regular shopper at this location for over month and as someone who learned the hard way that the policies regarding pickup orders placed online vary greatly from store to store and that no such policy exists according to Wal-Mart corporate customer support agent that I spoke to by phone last night. So if you plan to place orders on Walmart app or on website make sure to call up to the particular store location where you will be picking items up at to address any concerns, to ask any questions and id recommend asking an actual employee (as opposed to going by what is listed online or on a google search) for the official hours of the pickup department **NOTE: this store closes at 8pm (= 2 hours earlier than the previous Walmart I used to shop at in cherry hill who closed pickup at 10pm!) BUT WHAT I CAME TO LEARN IS THAT THIS LOCATION WILL ONLY HOLD A SHOPPED PICKUP ORDER FOR 24 HRS BEFORE CANCELLING - quite a difference from the cherry hill location where they will hold your order for 4 days before they initiate cancellation! So when I was running behind schedule to pickup order (originally scheduled for 6pm-7pm) I was relieved that I called and found out that they closed at 8pm so I didn't end up wasting time and energy going up there for no reason but when I arrived at pickup department in person around 6pm the next day I was shocked and confused to learn that my order had been cancelled! mind you I had been able to go on app and check in upon arrival as I was parking - which is info that's gets relayed to employees working at pickup and it wasn't until I got out my car and walked into store and located an employee that i was then informed of my order being cancelled!! So this means that the store made decision to cancel my order after finding out that I was waiting in the parking lot to receive my items!?! The reason I was given was that my perishable items were close to spoiling so they cancelled order in order to restock those items and that they were unaware of fact that I was in lot and checked in waiting when they officially performed cancellation!! A 2nd employee tried to tell me that their policy is to hold pickup orders overnight but that by 8pm day after order was due to be picked up the customer should expect cancellation...but this policy was obviously not.followed and in the end I called Walmart corporate phone number to complain and was given a $15 promo coupon to use on my next online order so I'm happy to see that at least the people who run the Walmart corporation seem to know something about good business practices and the importance of pleasing the customer! If I was submitting this review for Walmart corporate then I'd be inclined to add some stars but since this review is for the Walmart supercenter located in turnersville I'll be giving an ok rating of 3 stars with much room for improvement...but I'll be first to admit that those things will most likely never be addressed or improved - not in my lifetime anywayIn other news this store is fairly clean and pretty well organized and there seems to be more employees working on floor compared to most other Walmart I've shopped at recently so this is def helpful when I run into an issue doing self checkout or when I am shopping for something very specific and can't seem to locate the item or even the correct aisle and have to ask someone! And of course I will make note of the fact that you can't beat the prices at Walmart - I find myself being able to afford many full-priced items!

A team lead named Alyssa needs to be fired , she has the worst attitude when you ask for help she rolls her eyes and speaks so rudely like you’re bothering her or something also treats the employees so bad!! she has no respect for anyone the only reason she is a team lead there is because she was buddy buddy with former store manager Candice PLEASE fire her she is literally the worst person i’ve met there

Was a bit different than I was used to mostly because self checkout, and you must buy bags if you intend to carry your groceries together. Also had a difficult times getting assistance in electronics department.

This 1 star is for the petite, dark hair lady that work at customer service station.This lady need to mind her own business. I was talking to another customer service girl to make sure that the price display in store is correct because I have never seen prices that low. I don’t want to pile up my cart then ended up putting back because it’s bulky (diaper boxes).She overheard the conversation and started mumbling saying that prices online is different from prices in store blah blah.Ladyyy!! First of all I was ‘t talking to you. Your attitude is horrible, put some smile on. After-all you work at “Customer Service” counter.I would say something to her right there. However, it’s more important for me to get my items first.

I was wondering lost, looking for an item for dinner. I thought I hit every aisle. A kind associate at the freezer section, Robert immediately noticed and asked if I needed help. He physically walked me to the item several aisles away. It was so nice to not just be pointed in the direction. Thank you, Robert.

Walmart has always been one of my favorite stores besides the fact that it's a super center you can get food and your clothes and your medical needs all in one place and they have the most Fair prices in town. They've even started bringing bigger name brands into the store now like Reebok champion and one Etc but again it's the best place to get everything in one shot

Not much shopping. I wasn't feeling well. I needed a cake & I needed to get out of there.A customer saw me struggling and got the cake. He stayed with me till I got to my car. Didn't even get a chance to thank him.So for this visit the CUSTOMERS get 5 ⭐

Awful place. No cashiers only broken robots that don't take cash or seal it till you need a manager to help. I hope you walmart, for the robot checkouts, deleting of jobs, checking receipts at the door. I hate you so much. You have ruined my shopping experience there and it's always a hassle and I always leave walmart angry

Bathroom is disgusting. Two bathroom stalls and one of them is missing the lock. The rest of the store looks about the same as this. Do better walmart.
