Went to get gas and the guy filling the car up didn’t say one word to me put the gas nozzle aggressively in the car left me waiting for almost 10 minutes came back smacked my gas tank closed and walked away. Rashawn needs to be fired

I work at a lab up the road so I’m constantly here buying lunch for myself and coworkers. The cashiers are fabulous nice and helpful. The deli/drink makers on the other hand are consistently rude (there’s two nice woman that work back there). Today I came in for lunch for myself and coworker I ordered two wraps and asked for a bag for the wraps and the woman with blondish/orangish hair said “I’m not really supposed to give them out” uhhh I just ordered food? If they’re not for food what else are they there for? Never had an issue anywhere else when I get multiple hot food items. I said forget it, she said ok and I walked away. annoying.

This is my Wawa. Everything runs smoothly here. Friendly staff. The manage Zane is great too. From corporate, to this local store they resolved my gas cap issue expediently and to my satisfaction. Great work. Thank you. I'll keep coming back and thanks again for being a great partner in giving back to the community. It is appreciated. I mean - what other convenience store - gas station company can top Wawa's commitments to the communities they serve?

older gentleman on shift at the gas pumps at about 2:20pm Dec. 19th was super helpful and extremely kind ! I was attempting to open a gas can and could not get the cap off and he helped me open and fill it up!

I’ve had a recent encounter with a fuel worker named Nicole. Starting off, I want to say I know it’s hard to work out in weather like this although I was approached with a straight attitude and wasn’t greeted nicely. I didn’t let that bother me, but then again she took a long time to finish my pump which is started to make a “beeping” noise I’ve never heard. I really appreciate coming to this Wawa for several years but this one employee just needs to get talked by a manager or someone.

I was made the wrong smoothie. I was dismissed, ignored, and told I was wrong. Eventually, I was made the correct drink, and without apologies, it was explained that the ingredients bottles were labeled incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but to be rude is unacceptable.

As a former truck driver, who used to go to Wawa in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia this Wawa, hands-down was the cleanest I have ever seen. The manager should be commended, and his staff was right on the money, friendly all smiles. The best Wawa I’ve been in
