I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.

Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.

The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.

Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”

After a recent accident left my front bumper significantly damaged, my insurance company referred me to Acme Auto Body Shop. I had never heard of them before, but I can honestly say the experience felt like a blessing from God.
From the moment I dropped off my car with Ethan, everything—from paperwork to arranging a rental—was handled quickly and efficiently. In a time when customer service often feels cold and impersonal, the team at Acme truly stands out. They treated me with genuine courtesy and care, which made an otherwise stressful situation much easier.
I dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Friday—fully repaired and looking beyond my expectations. The quality of the work was simply excellent. On top of that, I mentioned an unrelated issue with my interior dashboard, and they fixed it beautifully, making it look brand new—and refused to charge me for it. I was honestly amazed.

“Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease. “Going to an automotive body shop is usually like going to a hospital: you only go when something bad has happened. Automobile accidents are an unfortunate reality for many of us considering how congested traffic has become, as well as the increase in distracted drivers. Alas, when someone recently ran into the side of my 1961 Mercedes-Benz 190SL, thankfully nobody was hurt, but they damaged my passenger side rear quarter panel, fender and door. FYI, I had this car professionally restored in the late 1980’s and took it on the regional auto show circuit and did quite well. Today, I drive it on nice weather weekends and to local car shows and enjoy sharing it with admiring onlookers. Being a valuable older, special interest vehicle, I contacted respected friends and auto industry executives who know and work on these types of cars and understand what is involved to appropriately repair to a very high standard, any damage. Tommy Caruso, Proprietor of Caruso’s Auto-Motive, Inc. came highly recommended by the owner of a regional Mercedes-Benz Dealership, as well as several Mechanics who specialize in German automobiles, from the 1950’s to present day. From the moment I spoke with Tommy on the phone, to when I had my car flat-bedded to his repair shop in Plainfield, NJ, I had a very good sense that I had made the right choice. I found Tommy to be very personable and together we reviewed the damage, and he assured me that it was not as bad as it looked. His biggest concern was the anticipated challenge of blending the new paint on the repaired rear fender and door with the rest of the vehicle’s 37-year-old paint. He met with a second appraiser from my automobile insurance company and submitted a detailed supplemental claim, explaining why he strongly felt the need to paint the entire car, since matching the older paint would be very difficult. Thankfully, my insurance company agreed and accepted his supplemental claim. Once the work was complete and the new paint fully cured, I saw the repaired and repainted car and was most pleased. He and his team made sure that the costs for all the work was always stated and shared with me, as well as clearly communicating his process and progress. He even detailed my car before I left. I can attest that Tommy strives for excellence in his auto repair work. He and his crew’s experience, expertise and passion for doing an excellent job is most evident in not just my car, but in the other examples of several older and current Porsches, BMW’s, Mercedes-Benz’s, AMG’s and Maybach’s, that were in his shop at the same time as my car. If you have a special car that has a body issue that needs attention, it is well worth checking out Caruso’s Auto-Motive, Inc.”
