This is my go to pharmacy even though I have many others much closer to my home. The pharmacist, Syed and the tech, Bernice always go above and beyond to make sure I'm educated on the medications being prescribed. There is something to be said about receiving service with a smile and that's what I am always met with from this team! Would definitely recommend!

All CVS locations need to model themselves after the one in Target Watchung NJ. I am there at least once a week (I have a daughter with Type One Diabetes, so I unfortunately have many life saving medications that need to be on hand all of the time). Miss Bernadette and Miss Joanna are helpful, diligent and always go above and beyond for us. They are kind hearted and a pleasure to see every week! This doesn’t feel like a corporate chain store — they truly care about helping their customers!!

Poor service. I called to see if they had a specific drug, due to the neighboring Walmart not having it. Pharm tech told me she'd have to ask the pharmacist, that was administering a vaccine, so she told me to come inside. I limp inside with crutches and there's not one customer. Pharm tech is looking at me like I was a Martian and didn't even ask to help me. After asking if she could help me, she comes to the front and I give her my script. She comes back and asks if I would like to come back and pick it up on Monday. I asked her if she knew what today was, which was Tuesday. Why would I wait 6 days for a pain med if I'm in pain now? I told her that was the reason for me calling to ask, to avoid having to hop around in the store to be told this, but her customer service was so poor, she couldn't think that far. I just had knee surgery and didn't want to do anymore unnecessary movement. The pharmacist came out and said she didn't know that I called and she would've told me they didn't carry the medication and apologized. She then called the next to nearest cvs to confirm that they had it and told me where to go. Worst experience ever. CVS located in Target in Watchung.

This pharmacy was very convenient with professional and accommodating staff, until the new manager JS took over.She is rude, abrupt and not helpful...Today was the third time I stopped by to do the Covid booster and the third time she turned me away, claiming that I need to schedule my appointment, even though there was no one waiting.... Meanwhile, I tried for two days could not schedule it, since the CVS scheduling system is down. Drove few miles to the New Providence CVS and got the booster shot without any problems. Moreover, they were surprised that I was turned away.

Really nice personnel. Establishment seems to care, from giving flu shots to expediting medications. Parking very convenient. Best pharmacy I've ever had.

I'm so surprised at the negative reviews!! Great friendly staff and everyone in the pharmacy is so so nice and helpful. My only complaint would be that the grocery section seems to be inconsistent with products. Able to buy certain things one week and the next week they aren't there (especially produce) but overall great store

Just like Randy B. Said below: Mark the pharmacist, is the best. He gives the best advice and I was so grateful w hen he caught a mistake that was made by my baby's pediatrician. He realized that her doc prescribed too much medication for my baby. He immediately called the doctor and the script was reduced to an acceptable level. Mark is very thorough.

WATCH the people on the registers. They are VERY good about not putting all you purchased items in your bad. Yes, the employees steal from the Customers! I was there today and thought it was odd that this Cashier used such an over sized bad for my few items, she made she she closed the bag and instead of handing it to me she put in my cart. A few toys would be fine to just hand to me, thought it was odd but now that I'm home and see that I'm missing a Toy I know what she was up too.
