I've been visiting the DSW store in Watchung Commons regularly, and every time, there's a huge line with only two registers open. It's incredibly frustrating to wait such a long time just to make a return, especially since there's only one line for both purchases and returns. Please improve the checkout process by opening more registers to accommodate customers better.

Monday, April 5. Officially spent 35 mins waiting to checkout after 15 minutes of shopping, line wrapped out of queue, 1 person working cashier, others on floor. Open another checkout? Crazy. My only complaint is slow as heck check out. Leaving review to kill time... ugh horrible
