He was very helpful, quick, efficient and informative. He was very honest and thorough with explaining Plans and Trade-In prices. Unfortunately we learned that the Westfield store devalued my Mothers trade in back in March almost $600!! Derek takes care and effort with his customers, unlike the Westfield staff!”
