Christina was fantastic to work with, taking the time to show me different sized units and walking through the price points with me. Once a decision was made on which unit I wanted, sign up was fast and the facility is super clean. Highly recommend this location.

I've used Extra Space Storage @ 1559 US-22
Watchung, NJ, for the past few years. Richard helped us get started and has always been welcoming. I had questions about rates and disposal and the team was very helpful. It's always clean and each time I visit the unit I usually see staff checking the premises and keeping it clean.

I came in today, hoping to get a nice storage unit which I did and a very nice young lady named Christina help me with everything that I needed. The door of our storage broke, we will need to move our stuff/furniture from inside to outside in order for them to repair the door. We will not get help of moving stuff, and not any compensation for the labor we need to hire for moving stuff and also a lot of time we waste. Not happy about the issue we are having now, not decide what to do about the broken door.
