He is extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile not just for me, but for everyone around him I work as a mechanic, and Dan has helped me choose the right tools for my work. He takes the time to explain which tools are good and which ones will work best for what I need. The tools he recommended have worked great for me, and I really appreciate his knowledge and honesty. What stands out the most is his attitude. Dan is always respectful, patient, and genuinely wants to help people. Employees like him are what make customers want to come back to Home Depot. Dan deserves recognition, a raise, and opportunities to move forward in his career. I truly hope management sees how valuable he is and gives him the opportunities he deserves. The gentleman at the tool rental was also super nice and went out of his way to help.. ..”
