Disappointing experience. I work in the med field and this place is just not good. The entire staff make you feel like you’re at a DMV and you’re inconveniencing them. The front desk is empty most of the time and I didn’t see 1 smile the whole time.

Literally NO WHERE does it say drug test starts at 9 AM. not even if you call and the robot says the open at 7 AM. This location wasted my time and the first staff I spoke to said they would help me after the blood work patients. I even asked her if I would end up waiting until 9 AM, to which she LIED to me and said no. Seriously, I would’ve appreciated it if she just told me to come back later!!! I ended up leaving and had to go through a hassle to make sure they didn’t mark me as refusal to take the test. 😒🙄🙄

Do not go to this location. They do not know how to draw blood. an they are also a VERY SHADY in their business practices. I went for bloodwork recently and even though I probably have one of the best coverages in NJ through the State Healthcare Benefits Program through Horizon BlueCross BlueShield, they made me sign an Estimated Financial Responsibility Form even though my internist was just requesting regular well checkup reference testing. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint because I shouldn't have to provide a credit card for balance billing. Additionally, on the bottom of the form they forced me to sign or they wouldn't provide the service, they list the phone number 1-888-470-3741 to call if you have any questions and guess what, THAT PHONE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED!! Disgusting location and company.

Do not bring your child here! They have no clue how to work with little kids. My 1 y/o son was prescribed a blood test (pediatrician told us to go to a labcorp) and he had a pretty traumatic experience. They poked him several times into one arm until they found a vein, only drew like 1/3 of the required amount, tried another arm, where nothing was coming out. Then they wanted to try the first arm again and still nothing came out. My child was terrified of the doctor, once she came up to me to talk he went HYSTERICAL thinking she’s about to do this again.
For an adult blood draw they are probably ok, but they have no idea how to deal with babies. Never coming again!

This is the only labcorp me and my family go to. We have never had a problem. I just took my 5 year old here for a blood draw and they did phenomenally. Got his vein right away.

We had Purabi who was excellent with my kids. My two boys need bloodwork they are 10 & 7yrs old and she did great with them.

They are beyond SLOW. No matter when I go, time or day of the week. And they don’t have much staff making it even worse. It’s like pulling teeth. The Bridgewater location is always slammed but at least they are fast and have it running like a machine.

I took my daughter to get her routine lab work done. The one staff was so aggressive, pulled my daughter's arm with so much force. At this point I asked her to stop and get me someone else to draw the blood. I explained my kid is 9 yrs old and she needs to be trained on how to deal with kids. HORRIBLE!!!

Absolutely disgusting behavior & treatment from this office's staff. Quite literally abusive towards patients. There were two patients there with similar names, they called one, the wrong woman went in, and they started insulting both patients in front of everyone, including several other patients. They told the one girl to write her name "there" and pointed at the cup, patient asked "anywhere on the cup?" and they snapped back "that's what I just said". There is absolutely NO reason to speak to and treat people the way this group of women does. Labcorp should be ashamed for keeping anyone that behaves like that on staff.

Staff is very disrespectful and completely ignored me and walked away after I stood right in front of her for 15 minutes and asked for help with something.

The staff was very unfriendly. I had to wait over an hour even though I had an appointment. When it was finally my turn, I gave her all my information. She told me my test expired and I needed to call my school and return another time. With her permission, I took a picture of the screen and sent it to my school to find out she had the wrong file open. Somebody else information was on her screen. I went back to Labcorp Watchung to let her know about the mistake. She didn't want to hear or take any responsibility for it. She became rude and told me to sit down and wait. I need the test done to finish nursing school, so I must sit here and wait. I'm unsure when since she didn't bother to take my name down. I am disappointed that there are people like that who represent healthcare so poorly. Other patients in the waiting room heard me talking to her and said the same had happened to them. Maybe the staff should be restrained in verifying patient information and putting in the info. It could be a good start.
