When your frames snap in half (while gently cleanng them) while you're on vacation 3,000 miles away from home, you kinda go into a panic -- especially because you know your locally-run optician isn't going to be able to help at all.
But hopefully you step into a LensCrafters and you meet someone like Ashlie (Watchung, NJ) who is not only kind and caring but helpful over-and-beyond, and is able to help you not by not only figuring out what your prescription is, but by picking out frames close to what you already had, and then figuring out how it best fits into your emergency budget.

a joke. had me book an appointment and the doctor couldn’t see me for over an hour after. what’s the point of an appointment if you still have to wait.

My husband and I have used the Watchung lens crafters for years and always satisfied. I have stopped in for adjustments, questioned our lens and all issues were resolved!today we went in looking for lens replacements for prescription glasses. Brryanna Young helped us. She was friendly polite and so easy to work with. Kuddos to her snd the store.

Wonderful service!! Would recommend watchung Lenscrafters to anyone in need of frames and lenses. Lenise team lead was terrific to work with, very knowledgeable and great personality and customer service.

One thing these guys know if how to steel money from a customer. They took close to $100 apart from insurance when I just went for simple eye test. Horrible. Just sharing so that others know what they can expect when they walk in for an eye test.

Spoke to a young lady that work at LensCrafter moments ago 8/10/24 at 4:10pm and she hung up on me after trying to verify my appointment. I called several time after and she puts me on hold. When I finally asked for her name and explained that i just want to confirm my appointment she said there was none. I asked for her name and said it was confidential. Not sure what kind of people Lenscrafter is hiring but this is something that the public should be concerned.

Friendly staff. I'm pleased with the thorough eye exam. Dr Patel communicated excellently well the test process. I got understand how it's important to have your eyes checked.
