As a couple of the other reviewers said, the communication is not good. I wanted to buy a vehicle from them, but they get so weird when I ask for prices. I’m trying to make an informed decision without rushing. I guess they don’t like that.

I've been in business for 30 years. Its shameful what you guys are doing to one of our veterans. The guy has been going back and forth for over a month. This is just sad in my opinion. Mr. Walker is a good man. I hope you all do the right thing.

Most unprofessional sales team. We agreed on a price for a vehicle but was told flat out they wanted to finance the car. I was then told they couldn't sell the car because the title wasn't available till after labor day but they would hold the car. I called today and was told the car was already sold. Sales man now wont answer my call. Super sketchy, unprofessional dealer behavior. Do not recommend.

Dealt with Mina. Came up w an agreed upon price, leased the vehicle. Simple transaction. No bells and whistles. It was an ok experience. Know your #s is my advice. They made out, I made out. It worked out. I'd go back.

I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Liccardi Lincoln, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. The dealership itself was top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and a team that clearly values customer satisfaction. The entire process, from negotiating to finalizing the paperwork, was efficient and transparent. I had a very terrible experience with Liccardi Ford. I had the option of using a regular mechanic but i wanted an expert and perfect work done hence encountering this heartbreaking/unfortunate experience. I thought hard and waited 3 days to write this review to be sure i was not writing one out of anger. I brought my car to Liccardi and gave my complaint and they did a review and told me i would get the car the next day, to my surprise i was the one following up with them for updates after not hearing from them the next day. On the 4th day they called me to say i needed to add $2200 to the bill they already gave to fix something else and i asked what would happen if i dis not fix the new issue which they told me i could have issues in the future and i was fine with it. During one of my follow up as well i asked if they could throw in a car wash which i was told thats the least they could do to make up for their incompetence.
I picked up my car on the 5th day and to my surprise everything i complained about was still present and i was charged $1380 of which $1094 of that was the labor charge. Now my question is what labor exactly warrants me paying this much for nothing to be done to my car(The reasons i came to them were not fixed and the car was also not washed). I regret ever visiting them and i feel duped on all front. If there was a negative star i would definitely give them because i made a complaint, you didn't fix it and still charged me an exuberant amount confidently but if i made a scene there and in that moment i would have fed into the stereotype of the black angry woman.

I had an appointment at 8am today, DJ called me at 830am telling me I need a radiator flush and power steering flush. I asked if he did the oil change and checked the check engine light that was on? He said oh , I said before you sell me flushes could you let me know about the check engine light. He said he would, forward to 430pm today I did not hear from DJ so I called and asked about the status of my truck, he transferred me to service where they stated they didn’t get to my truck today! Unacceptable! Why have appointments? I now have to reschedule my daughter’s doctors appointment for tomorrow. Thanks Liccardi! Your customer service is non existent, when I pick up my truck whenever it’s done, I will never use you again! That’s coming from a long time customer.

I have purchased or helped purchase 8 vehicles here over the last 2 years for myself, family & friends. Mike DeGrazio and his sales staff were great with every purchase. All of my service appointments were also handled just as well. Would gladly recommend Laccardi Ford to anyone interested in buying a new ford.

I had a great experience purchasing my F-150. The sales manager Mike DeGrazio helped us with every step of the purchasing process. 10/10 experience, no better dealership around!
