HORRIBLE!!! That is an understatement of this company. If I was able to leave 0 stars I would’ve. Parents ordered two couches that kept getting postponed on deliveries for to 2 weeks!! When they did finally arrive, they only brought 1 couches and no one knows what is going on!! It’s an excuse after an excuse!! Not worth it in all honesty and sometimes it’s an omen telling us there is worse things ahead with any issues. STAY AWAY!! Far away

If I had a choice between this place and a clearance sale at a landfill, I'd pick the landfill every time. Shopping at Watchung 22 Raymour & Flanagan was a slightly less enjoyable experience than a wisdom tooth extraction without anesthesia.

I walk into Raymour and Flanigan in Watchung, New Jerseyand was greeted By a young guy named Rich Rodriguez. Funny I say the name considering I have the same name. I thought it was ironic that I met him. His demeanor and professionalism was outstanding. I am refurnishing my home and look forward to coming to see Him for everything I need.

Went to the store in the late evening, Gene was very patient to show us what we were looking. He let us took our time to try the mattress. Manager came over and gave us a good deal. Definitely will recommend my friends and family to the store if need anything.

Have been at this place and order 2 sofas. The sales person Fred Rockson said that he is going to enquire from warehouse about delivery and call me back. He also took money from me saying that one of the two sofas will need to be made. It has been 7 days and this person did not bother to call me or tell me about the delivery status of neither sofas. He committed that one of the sofas will be delivered in 3 days while the other one gets prepared. I am not happy with the customer service provided. The furniture in itself is good but it's the people who make the experience pleasant.
Update 1/29: Raymour and Flanigan reached out to me as evident from the reply and asked me to reach out to them in the given email. I sent them an email with all details the same day and there has been no response to my email, no phone call, no status update on my order. Absolute disaster in customer service.
