I went to this location to pick up a book on hold. I could see the library employee on the other side of the door as I approached. I tried to open the door and enter but I was scolded because I did not knock first. The employee was unnecessarily rude and I walked out without checking out my book.

My daughter thoroughly enjoys going to the Watchung Library. Today we went for our routine book return & pick up. She had so much fun doing the scavenger hunt & guess how many hershey kiss bottle game. The library staff are also very helpful, kind, and super welcoming.

Great library, good storytime for children. There's an area for little kids to play!
