The lady on duty named Leslie was EXTREMELY RUDE, SHORT, CURT, ARGUMENTATIVE & she just seemed like she did not want to be bothered.As I was looking for what I needed I overheard her nasty & rude treatment of the previous customer, I was hoping I could find what I needed & not have to deal with her.Unfortunately, I could not find what I needed which was the YOU perfume so I had to ask her and her response “Free Standing Store” so I asked her “what is that” & she said “free standing store like I told you” I then told her she was rude to me & the lady before me so she started arguing with me & then told me she wasn’t going to argue with me. I was beside myself because the only one arguing was HER! She then proceeded to state I was belittling her. I was like “What?”I think she needs a new job.This Sephora is the worst one I’ve ever shopped at.

I don’t like the last visit that woman was there She had an attitude And she watch me like I’m going to steal something. She made me feel so uncomfortable. But I continued shopping for the products I wanted and the perfume too, she have very bad aptitude. I asked for a product. She said we don’t have that and I‘m looking by myself and I find it. I buy that perfume and I asked for the special because in this time they have like it 20% off and the big perfumes and she said no and I go to another Sephora they have special that’s why I’m going to return the perfume, and going to buy another place of Sephora.

This is a horrible representation of Sephora!! The customer service is horrible,there is a manager named Leslie that is rude and inconsiderate . I will never shop at this ran down wanna be Sephora

Bad experience. They do not give a sample when one buys a perfume as a gift, the one who attends is seen to do so reluctantly.

I needed to make a return and had business to attend to in the area, so I figured I would stop by here. Bad choice as soon as I got in the girl at the register blankly looked at me as I stated I needed to make a return. She asked if I got it from Kohl's at Sephora or a Sephora? And like any normal person I'm thinking a Sephora is a Sephora. She tells me "unfortunately we don't take returns unless you purchased it at Kohl's with Sephora because we're not Sephora we're Kohl's and Sephora". A coworker from one of the aisles yells out "go to Bridgewater it's about 10 minutes down the road". Lies. I have now literally driven 25 minutes out of to what I thought was going to be a storefront but it is the mall. Good luck in Kohl's + Sephora. It was a brief interaction but I can see why their rating is low. First and last time.

Did not like how the brunette lady did my makeup for an event. Originally the manager offered to the week before with a time set and her business card. Come the day of and she is not there! What a liar. Another lady did my makeup and it was not what I told her at all, a no-makeup look but cakes on foundation and eyeshadow. Not the eyebrow pencil!! It was horrendous. At least I didn't pay a dime because the workers thought I paid for a product with the manager so I can't be too mad. Didn't even bother to check ?

Came to return an item that was too harsh for my skin, was told that I cannot return without the packaging but policy clearly claims that items are valid with or without the packaging!! weird. I then asked if i’d be able to pull up my email receipt but got dismissed because of the uncertainty of where the packaging was. Very confusing when theres a policy put forward and its not followed.

My first visit they were busy and I forgot to pick up one thing, I went back for the item I originally went for and they were out of the one I usually buy. I bought a new setting spray and hope it's as good as the one I normally buy. A lot of product seem to be missing off the shelves. I was looking for one specific gloss bomb from Fenty and the girl did find it for me. Other than not a lot of product on the floor it was a pretty good visit. Hoping they will be fully stocked so it will be my go to Sephora

Well I went to buy perfume and Sara helped me, but she seemed spaced out and was rushing me to make up my mind and I didn't like that. Also, Erica the cashier that was ringing didn't give me any samples either or say have a good day. So, I think management should train their employees by telling them not to rush customers out of the store. The perfume I wanted was a roller ball and Sara didn't show me the roller ball section, where they were. I think the store is neat and tidy and nice though and I would recommend shopping there.
