I went to return brownies because they were hard as a rock, but couldn’t because customer service doesn’t open till 9 AM if the store is open, why isn’t customer service open? Never again bad service and overpriced

This place is not accommodating to the customers. They have upwards of 15 regular,cashier type check out registers and maybe one open,, sometimes two.. with cashier
The self service check out is your real option... but so limited .Maybe they could get rid of some of the cashier checkout lanes they do not open and set up another section of self checkout " Like Shop Rite in Watchung, the old store, at least they open registers....meat dept. Another self service, if it ain't in the case, you can forget about getting help...meat department....just take what is in the case , nobody is there to help you. If you do get someone, good luck.
This Stop and Shop used to be an excellent store. Used to be!

ignorant manager when i tried to redeem my free poppi manager wouldn’t even look at the simple instructions saying she doesn’t accept coupons and claimed rudely she can’t do that.

This store is clean and nice to go into, but don't even bother talking to any employee's they are rude and nasty, especially at the self service lanes. The old lady needs to retire
