Celeste the cashier was very rude. I greeted her with a hello as I checked out and this rude lady says back “I see you”. What a way to greet your customers. Someone like her should not be working in customer service with dismissive attitude.

Wanted a car seat for my newborn, their website said 1 left but didn’t see it in the aisle. I Went to customer service to ask if maybe they had it in the stock room. The girl gave me a lame excuse about how it was bought already and the system takes 24hrs to update I laughed and looked at her (can you scan the item and check?) she did it just because i asked her to and then told me it was sold out yet how would she know if she didn’t go check??? I laughed again because I work for corp of target and know how the inventory app works ( it does not update in 24 hrs ) I went to go look for it myself where the app said it would be again and there it was but in the wrong aile. It was actually in the aile over. Once purchased I looked at my app and there it was (gone and not in stock anymore) yet it takes 24 hours right?! I Wish I would have gotten her name as she had no name tag on, was very lazy and rude especially towards a pregnant woman. DO BETTER TARGET i will Be contacting management about this one.

Just a heads-up: If you see a discount on the shelf, be careful — you might still get charged full price at the register. I had multiple sale items in my cart (based on the shelf tags), but I was charged full price for all of them!
Customer service was terrible. They asked me to list which items — how am I supposed to remember every single one? I just expect the prices to be accurate when I scan them! They also gave me attitude! So disappointing.

Target in Watchung has some of the best employees that i have had interactions with. This was a smooth and easy return today!
The lady at customer service knew exactly what she was doing and she delivered it all with a smile! Thank you!

Purchased the VERSED Dark Spot Gel from Target. The item only available for shipping was delivery poorly in a thin plastic wrap and the merchandise inside was crushed and looked like old inventory. I was not able to locate the expiration date to this dark spot gel, unless it was completely covered by the huge red UPC label they slapped over the one side of the box covering product information. Although this item purchase was a small package, no care was given in handling it from oacking to shipping. I am hesitant to use something that is crushed and looks it was pulled out of old inventory. I am not happy with it and will return,

I could give them a negative review if it was possible. All the staff is extremely rude and don’t assist with anything. Moreover they will make you feel bad for returning items and come up with their made up policies for return. Avoid going here!

I ordered a car seat online and because they didn’t have the option to deliver to my house. I went to pick it up from the Watchung NJ location. A young man helped me out and got the car seat for me once I showed him my email. When I went to purchase a few other items I showed the cashier my email for the car seat as well. In the parking lot some woman “one of the managers” tells me my order was cancelled and I had to repurchase the car seat. I showed her the charge on my card and the email and she insisted the order was cancelled. I asked for a receipt to confirm I’d be refunded the initial purchase. She wrote on a paper that the original order number had been cancelled as if that’s “proof”. She was rude and didn’t seem too sure about anything she said. I’m pretty sure whoever was in charge with putting together the online order was too lazy to bring it to the front for pick up so decided to say it was no longer in stock and then cancelled my order on me as I got there. Do not shop in this location. Rude and unorganized staff. If an item will not let you ship to your home just don’t purchase. Do not let them convince you it’s a good idea to pick up in store ESPECIALLY IF THEY SEND YOU TO WATCHUNG NJ.
