I went to order from this Wingstop location for the Super Bowl and I ordered on the app and it said it was going to take about 40 minutes. I showed up at the time that it said it would be ready and the place was very busy (Understandably) however they were at least an hour behind on orders which is not at all the staffs fault the app was clearly not properly aligned to take into account the amount of orders they had. I waited a little while and even had someone standing outside call the front desk to see if it was ready they said no. I went back outside and waited a little bit away from the crowd after sometime I decided to call and cancel the order since it was not ready. The person at the desk told me they did not see the order at all, but to call back the next day to make sure (again they were very busy so I understand that it couldn’t be taken care of that day). While I tried to cancel the order and never received the order, I was still charged for the entire order which again I figured it was because of the amount of orders they were getting. I have been calling multiple times over the past two months and I keep getting told that a ticket is being put in and someone will reach out to me to get a refund. I have never been issued a refund only once did someone call me back and they told me it would take about five business days to see the refund, but I did not see it, at this point I gave up because I assumed it’s a lost cause. Initially, I was not upset because I knew on the day of the Super Bowl it was very busy and it was not their fault however, how hard it has been to try and get this money back and still not gotten it back. I unfortunately will not be eating at a Wingstop anytime in the near future if ever.(I gave the food no stars because I never received it)

take so long to serve food. I called 30 minutes ago and they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and I got here and they havent started preparing it yet. Expect the worst. Whomp whomp this

THEY GAVE MY ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON AND MADE ME WAIT AN EXTRA 30 MINUTES. THEY ARE SO ANNOYING. ONE WAS ON THE PHONE AND DIDNT EVEN ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING.

This is my second time coming here because i have heard they have decent wings however i was not aware of the insane prices. Me and 2 friend ordered 10 piece wings each and sum fries and the total was almost 70 dollars. Not to mention the rude costomer service the lady at the register did not make me feel welcome she actually made me want to leave, she was not friendly at all and she rushed me to complete my order. Not like that would matter because for our little order we waited 32 minutes and she forgot all the ranch and blue cheese we got. i would give 0 stars but i can’t so i’m giving one. I RECOMMEND GOING 5 MINS MORE AND GETTING WINGS AT MILLERS ALE HOUSE.

Horrible I got scammed out of 12 for boneless wings I called the location and they said they don’t delivery but they do deliver because I received one of my orders but I didn’t receive the other order since the place or the dasher canceled make sure to not get scammed

First time at wing stop. Soggy cold fries. Cold wings swimming in a pool of orange sauce. $16. Disgusting ?. Asked for Bleu cheese. They gave me American melted cheese. I would never again eat at wing stop.

This is the second time that the fries lots of salt. Guess they don’t know when to stopped putting a salt. You guys better tell them that you don’t need salt coz or else you better watch you blood pressure right after. And they use one bowl for making the fries.

This place is HORRIBLE, the service is HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO THERE. I was the customer in the location and I waited for over 10 minutes for my food.

The low overall rating on this store does not, in my opinion, reflect on the most professional and courteous staff that greeted me on my recent visit. The manager went way out of her way to help me when my online order did not make it through. That being said, it appears this store, in particular, doesn't get the crowd that I have seen in other Wingstops, and perhaps is suffering for that reason. Food was very good, but the wings needed a bit more sauce. The celery sticks were fresh and crisp; however the bleu cheese seemed a bit watered down. French fries and chicken tenders, also, very good. Will definitely return and I wish you all the best !!!!!

Horrible customer service came in around 450pm Saturday 10/28/23, waited 15 min for someone to take my order, employees need to be trained to multi-task. And management should hire more staff if all three employees look overwhelmed and miserable.

We had are order in advance 30 minutes before we went inside the store and when we went into the store it took them another 20 minutes for are food to be made. The girl in the front was more worried about pleasing people than actually working. That work atmosphere you can clearly tell is horrible. Please don’t go

I did an online order with an estimated 16-21 minute pickup time. Arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later figuring maybe some extra time might be needed- not a problem. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes- so order took 45 minutes. Which isn't a deal breaker - but paired with the attitude of the cashier which is that of a wet cat- it was too much. Won't be back.
