For the first time in my 30 years of membership needed a tow and the girl who took the call was very good and even followed up. They arrived in a little over an hour in suffern NY to tow back to NJ! Happy to have this membership as we never know when you need it!

Very cheap service now. Waited for 3 hours. They tricked me via message sounded like someone is coming over very soon. Waited fully 3 hour and then called them again. And I got a call 10 min later from Lydia guy and said he’ll come over in 15min. I guess they try to cut the cost so give enough time to their members to figure out how to get their trouble out by themselves. Great stragety and my credit and recommendation to people who I have known is all Done. Just one of cheap Emergency option.

Made an appt to go to this office to get info on a trip to CA. Spoke with Jodie who said she would email info. On the way out we spoke to the branch manager who was extremely helpful and rattled off a lot of places to go. a month later still have not gotten an email from Jodie. So I called asking to speak to this branch manager (Trish) explaining that I was there and she had a lot of good ideas and I wanted to speak with her for more information. Someone took my information and said Trish would get back to me. That was five days ago. Never heard from anyone. I use to go to the AAA in Caldwell and was always satisfied. I'm sorry that location closed.

At AAA in Wayne only 1 person to handle TRIP TIK ... short staffed ! So sad service is not what it used to be ! Drove to Wayne from Ringwood so not worth turning around !

Called for a tow and was told 6:30pm to 7:30pm. We waited until 7:50 and called. We were told by the agent that hadn’t heard from the tow truck driver and didn’t know where he was. I cancelled the tow because I had invested too much time, especially for a tow that was going to cause me additional money.

Nice people. But, I went to fix my car AC. They said they would have to take it apart to “figure out the problem.” I was told it would cost over $1,000 to get that done. I went to a local mechanic who fixed it for $140 bucks in an hour. Fair to say I won’t be coming back here lol.
